Q:What kind of pad lock can I use for the rolling box the hole for a lock seems to have a unique design

A:  I use a Master Lock 8419DPF Python Cable Lock. I can cable the boxes to the strap hook in the bed of my truck with this and the boxes are locked and also don’t roll around.
