Fixture products will feature a marking “Crafted in XXXX;” where XXXX is the country of origin, printed on the carton label below the UPC bar code. If the Fixture has no “Crafted in” notation, it is made in the United States. Faucets, drains, and accessories do not have the marking because the numerous components are sourced from various countries on various days, and tracking would be insurmountable. Please call our Customer Care Center at 1-800-4KOHLER or 1-800-456-4537 (M-F, 8 am-5 pm CST) with the model number and revision code found on the white label wrapped around the cold water supply line.
