Q:Received the base today, but after unpacking, the template to reverse the hinges on the door was not in the packaging. The installation/care instructions listed the order number for the template but was 'missing'! Any suggestions on acquiring a template a sap?

    Q:There seems to be some confusion. The description says it comes with the sink. "Tresham 24 in. W Vanity in Woodland with {Vitreous China Vanity Top} in Dark Brown with {White Basin}" But some people are saying theirs did not come with the sink. So which is it? Thank you.

        A:  I see the were confusion is. The vanity is sold in 2 ways. You can buy it With or Without the Sink. Model # 2604F69297980 is sold with the sink and Model # K-2604-F69 is sold without the sink. This way you can choose a different color sink. The problem is the reviews for both types of purchases are not separated. Thus my confusion. So some people bought K-2604-F69 without the sink. And others bought 2604F69297980 with the sink. Maybe the reviews should be separated.

                Q:I see that the total depth of this sink is just over 19 inches, but what is the depth measurement along the bottom where the sink will meet the top of the vanity cabinet? The bottom edge is smaller than the top edge all around. I cannot tell from the specs sheet. I want to put this vanity top onto a cabinet that measures exactly 19 inches in depth. Thanks.

                  Q:What is difference between Tresham and Chambly 24 inch white vanities? Chambly comes with sink and is $200 less than Tresham base plus separate sink. Are the base and sink materials the same?

The difference between the Tresham and Chambly vanities are the design of the product and that the Chambly comes with the sink. Both vanities are made of solid wood and veneers.                     A:  Our didn’t come with a sink. We ordered a Koehler sink basin that fit perfectly inside. Very good quality vanity. Nice color. Does not look cheap at all.

                        A:  That's what I was wondering also because the design of the vanities looks the same to me. I see that it you can order the Tresham with or without the sink - that's not the question... but I'm wondering about the cabinets' design. In the pictures, I can't tell any difference. LOVE the look of the vanity and sink but wouldn't know which to purchase (Tresham or Chambly) without seeing the difference in person.

                                Q:Product Overview says one door and two drawers. Photos show the one door, but not 2 drawers. So, does it have drawers or not? Aarrgh! Also, specs look off. Says basin depth is more than 19 inches, which cannot possibly be correct. HOME DEPOT AND KOHLER, GET THESE SPECS RIGHT!

The depth here refers to the front to back measurement of the vanity; not the depth of the basin. Thank you for choosing KOHLER.

                                  A:  I just spoke to a HD associate asking the same question. The price listed is for only the base with 1-door. You must purchase the drawers separately which run about $365 EACH. Also it DOES NOT come with the basin. That you must purchase separately also which runs around $200. Totally misleading description. To get the described item it would be over $1500.
