The handle, shower arm, shower arm flange, rough-in valve, stop tube are all metallic. The showerhead and cartridge have both non-metallic and metallic components. The escutcheon plates and handle adapter are all non-metallic. A:  Normally you would connect a braded stainless supply line made for faucets. The supply line needed is 3/8" C X 1/2" FIP, this will connect to a 1/2 compression fitting.

A:  Universally the left handle is for hot and the right for cold water. Usually on top of the handle there will be an insert which will ID the left as H for hot and the right with a C for cold. I would say if it is a different color it is a defect. Call MOEN and they will replace it at no charge. I had a MOEN faucet which did not have the threads in the base part and they replaced it with no issue. Usually a picture is worth a 1000 words.

A:  Try popping the H or C insert to expose the handle attachment

This faucet is not intended for a soaking tub as it has a flow rate of 1.5 gallons per minute at 60 psi. Our roman tub products like T933 delivers 16 gallons per minute at 45 psi. A:  No this faucet is for sink mount only so it will not work for your installation. Other faucets are available which will meet your needs. The faucet configuration depends on what type of drain is in you tub and where it is located.

The set screw that attaches the handle to the valve is located on the underside of the handle; you will need a 7/64” allen wrench to remove it. Widespread 2-Handle High-Arc Bathroom Faucet Trim Kit with Valve in Oil Rubbed Bronze mounting nut under the sink on the spout shank will need to be tightened. This nut can be tightened with the installation tool that was included or with a 13/16” deep well socket wrench. If you have additional questions, please feel free to call us at 800-289-6636. A:  Remove the handle by popping off the H or C identifier so you can remove the handle. You may have to screw out a Phillips head screw so you can pop the handle off. Then you should be able to screw the base tighter using your hands. If you do not have the hand strength use a channel lock but place a layered wash cloth over the base so you will not mark it. Tightening should be clock wise.
