          A:  No. The door is mortised and chiseled for the hinges on one side already. So you can't flip it.

                A:  The dimensions of the shelving inside the Liberty Entertainment Center is 29.5" Length x 14.5" Depth x 13.2" Height (inside the cabinet) and 6.7" Height (between each shelf). If your vinyls are 12"x12", they should fit nicely.
