A: Happy to help! To ensure full adhesion of Rust-Oleum Modern Masters Front Door Paint on previously finished surfaces, we recommend priming with Rust-Oleum Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Water-Based Primer. This primer can be topcoated after 1 hour and does not require sanding prior to using!

Answer This Question
A: We are here to help, Jen! Each quart of Rust-Oleum Modern Masters Front Door Paint has a recommended coverage of 80-100 square feet with a single coat. For the best results, we recommend applying 2 coats of the products. This would mean that the product can cover up to 40-50 square feet with the recommended 2 coats.
