Q:Our front door is currently stained and polyurethane coated, can I use this paint after prepping the door and what would you recommending for the prep?

To ensure full adhesion of Rust-Oleum Modern Masters Front Door Paint on previously finished surfaces, we recommend priming with Rust-Oleum Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Water-Based Primer.
