Q:What does tufted mean? The customer is asking if they pull a loop on this carpet does it pull a whole row or just the one loop?

A: Terrain is continual loop and it will pull one straight roll until the yarn breaks. Tufted carpet is made by inserting yarn into a backing with needles from a tufted machine.

Q:What pads can be used to put under this carpet and still maintain the manufacturer's warranty? I'd hate to spend this amount of money on the carpet and then be resigned to put a contractor grade pad underneath. Part of this installation will be on concrete.
