          Q:Can the post sleeve fit over a 4x4 post? If not, this system is useless for those of us replacing railings. And, no, I wouldn't cut post flush to the deck, some of which are the posts holding up the deck two stories up. Manufacturer reply only please!

              Q:can you purchase the bottom rail only and if so what would be the cost? I have two rails that are bowing out. The bottom rail is set at 8 inches high from the floor so the foot blocks that came with the kit are to short to use. (Peruvian Teak color)
