A:  Hi Suzy, It depends how you interpret bright gold. Our metallic paint is a two coat paint to achieve a metallic look.

A:  Depends on what you mean by bright? They offer 42 colors in this metallic tones, from what I remember I believe they have 2 simple gold tones to pick from. Perhaps consider painting the stripes yellow or gold with regular paint and top coat with this product and two coats is the only way to go!
