                  A:  The shower arm threads into the water connection and the diverter also mounts to the wall with the industrial adhesive provided. You can also caulk both mounts as an added security if you'd prefer.

                    A:  The diverter is a knob and turns to select your desired function.

                      A:  It is located on the pole. Completely discrete and aligns with the pole(parallel). You can turn it perpendicularly and it diverts the water. Very simple to use and great for even people with arthritis because it's so simple.
