Q:please confirm height of roof at the lowest point. I assume the 9.2 ft height is at the highest point of the roof.

A: The lowest point on the roof is 86" (7.2 ft) above ground. The highest point inside the gazebo is 108" (9.0 ft). I did not measure the height of the roof peak but it must be very close to 9.2 ft. Clearance under the horizontal roof support beam is 82" (6.8 ft).

A: Yes, the louvers are sandwiched between two layers of impermeable polycarbonate sheeting. Rain can still come in the open sides but not thru the roof.

A: The manufacturer states that it can handle high winds and a snow load of 50 lbs per square foot. Base don the design I would agree with this. I purchased it to stay up all winter and do not have any concerns. The unit is vented on the top to reduce air pressure build up under the canopy in the event of a high wind storm.
