Q:Is gray cloud a true gray or more of a taupe? The anchor gray looks pretty dark and I'm looking for a more medium tone. Are there sample colors in the store?

A:  Thank you for reaching out. The Gray cloud is more of a light gray, a taupe is a dark brown color but that is not what the gray cloud looks like. Unforunately there are no color sample in store but if you would like we could send you free color swatch samples if you would please contact us at customerservices@allstrongusa.com and we can send those sample out to you.

    Q:I want to abut two 54 inch shades to cover a 108 inch window because of the weight of a shade. Can the inside mount be placed above the shades, at the top of the window as opposed to the top sides of the window?

    A:  Thank you for reaching out. The shade can be mounted from the top (above) the shade. We also recommend going with two 52" shades instead of 54" if you are going with an inside mount. We recommend this at to allow the shades to be mounted properly and to function properly.

          A:  Thank you for reaching out. Apologies for any incovience but unfortunately we only do cut-to-width in every 1/2 inch increment and we have set lengths of 48", 64" and 72" only.

            Q:In the outside mounting option, could it be mounted onto a 1inch surface? Also, could this be mounted onto a drywall instead of wood?

            A:  Thank you for reaching out. For mounting we always recommend a sturdy surface with enough space for the mounting brackets and for the shade/blind. If the 1 inch surface is sturdy, secure and with enough space to mount then feel free to use that space. We do not recommend mounting on Drywall as the mounts won't be secure and could be a possible danger (falling or damages).

                  Q:How do the dimensions of these compare to the non-eco version? Which one narrower in depth?

                  A:  Thank you for reaching out. The dimensions are almost like to like. The depth is the only difference in the dimensions. The depth for the non-eco item is 1.5 inches and for the eco it is 1.75 in.
