            Q:How are you supposed to get a replacement part or even get in contact with their "Customer Service"? You call and go through the prompts then they tell you to leave a message but before the voicemail can completed it tells you " Sorry I cant complete this at this time" I need a new clutch for this unit and have no way of getting this.

                A:  Because after three hours of assembly, lubricating the pinion gear & bar, and adding oil as well as small amount of gas the recoil starter failed on the first pull. Returned to Home Depot. Now on the search for a functioning log splitter.

                  A:  I think the height and width dimensions are reversed. I think it's 39H x 24W. If you look at the photo, it makes sense. Plus, someone already said while answering another question about towing, that the track of the tires is only 24".
