A:  There are no drawer glides. The drawers have wheels on the bottom and will roll on carpet.

A:  I couldn’t tell you the total limit, but I am about 165lb and my boyfriend is like 190lb and the frame doesn’t even squeak. We have a Sealy Cocoon Memory Foam mattress which is not very heavy either. Not sure if that helps.

A:  It is designed to be used with just a mattress. There are supports in the center of the bed under the slats that prevent it being used with and adjustable base.

A:  The majority of the components are laminated particlboard and MDF, but the 4 posts and bed slats are solid wood

A:  This is made of Particle board. Mine is King Size with four drawers, and arrived in four separate boxes--two for the platform bed, two each with two drawers. Super-easy and quick assembly!

A:  There is no hardware for attaching a headboard so you would need to provide your own.

A:  Yes. There are 2 types made to with this bed. The headboard stands alone, & you just push bed up against it. Very sturdy, doesnt move.

A:  No , they send no instructions on how to connect in the headboard. They only send instructions how to build it. I just placed mine against the wall and pushed the bed against it
