A:  Yes, separate control for that.

A:  Yes. It has a regulator for both the air tank and for the outflow.

A:  Yes. The PC1010 has a regulator that allows you to adjust the pressure going to your tool just like the PC1010N does.

A:  The PC1010 draws a max of 4 AMPs at 115V.

A:  I have not used it with a spray gun. However I don't think it can sustain the air volume but maybe with a low pressure paint gun it might work.

A:  Not really. I don't know what kind of paint gun you have but the CFM output is pretty low, around 1.5 CFM

A:  Not according to the manual. Mine didn't require one. (I use it to fill the air in my car and my parents' cars.)

A:  I know this is answering your question a year later, but the answer is NO. Runs great out of the box!

A:  If this will or not work with a particular tool would be a question for the manufacturer of the tool. This item should be capable of providing 125 psi of compressed air with a 1/4" line. Check with the manufacturer of the nailer for operating requirements.

A:  Yes it can. I use it with my 16 gauge finish nailer all the time, no issues.

A:  I've used this with both my Porter Cable 15 ga finish nailer as well as a few different 18 ga brad nailers. It's a strong little compressor and I love it being that the weight is half that of the standard pancake compressors that are on the market. It may cycle more frequently of course, but I have nothing bad to say about it. Senco is a great name in the air tool market also.

A:  The decibel rating of this unit is 68 dBA.

A:  I believe it's around 69-70 decibels. It is VERY quiet compared to my old Craftsman Compressor 921.1521. My father has tinnitus and he says it is much better than the Craftsman.

A:  Don't know but I can talk on the phone with compressor going. I would be shocked if there is anything quieter!

A:  not sure on decmil rating but it is the quietest compressor I have ever found.

A:  I measured 74db sound level at about 1 meter while sitting on a concrete shop floor about 12" from a sheetrock wall. I'm using two together at 76db with both running.
