A:  Apparently since I ordered on line, it has if I remember correctly 60 day return policy to store, otherwise I'm not sure how that would work, but I had to exchange one and it was way past that time since I bought it at the beginning of the remodel and the company was totally accommodating.

Please note that this faucet is designed to be mounted on a single hole application, so please insure that your sink or basin is designed for single-hole mounting. A:  Yes it has a circular opening on the bottom of the square faucet arm. This has the aerator on it. THIS is the SAME reason we are replacing ours. Thought we would like the "waterfall". but the one we have splashes too much water around and sometimes the water is not a waterfall, but a "stream" to one side of the "arm" :>( This is what you are looking for based on your description
