Q:The lattice cap that I received is very tight on the lattice panel. Almost the wrong part but with a gentle rubber mallet and the panel edge on a flat surface, I was able to guide the lattice cap on the edge. Where would I locate a data sheet for the cap

Q:If the lattice cap is 3/4" thick, then why are your lattice mounting screws 1 1/4" long? Don't you end-up with 1/2" of screw length sticking out on one side?

A: RobR, The reason for using a screw longer than the thickness of the cap is because lattice must be attached to a self-supporting structure or frame. This way the screw is able to to the structure or frame.
