A:  Hey there- I installed this oven without using any bracing or attaching the brace hardware. Just slid it into place and it has been fine. Have not noticed and movement or stability issues at all when opening the door or bottom drawer. It's a very heavy and sturdy oven. I've owned it for about 2 years now. Hope that helps. Kind regards, Travis

Q:I have had 2 new ranges of this model delivered. Each time one of the brass fittings that need to be removed for the LP conversion were so tight the tech could not remove it. The first one broke. Then they sent me a new range. Now this one a different burner fitting is too tight to be removed and it is getting stripped. Clearly they are being made too tight during the manufacturing process. What can be done about this? The tech wants to take the back and top of the range off to try to remove. This is a brand new range. It should not be necessary to do this. I'm calling Whirlpool on Monday. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

A:  Hi Cookie- Normally, convection baking is 25˚ lower that conventional cooking. When you choose the Convection bake option in this oven, the preset shows 325˚ initially, however you can adjust it further if desired. Check with the recipe, and if it states that it should be baked at 350 when using a convection oven, then I would select 350˚. If it just says to bake at 350˚ and doesn't mention "convection," then that would most likely mean you'd want to set the temp to 325˚ if convection mode is used. Kind regards, Travis

Q:Slide in range Model #WEG750H0HZ. does their need to be space behind the range? Cabinet depth is 24.5 Range is 28. That will stick out without added space. With added space it will stick out further. Doe the 28 inch depth include the handle? I'm trying to find out if I need a quartz piece behind the rear of the stove. And if so, the measurement for it.

A:  Hi Nancy, This model will not be flush to the wall as space will be needed for the gas and electrical outlets behind it. More information on the location requirements can be found in the Installation Instructions. We hope this helps.

                    by|Mar 9, 2021

A:  Hi Nancy, There will be about a 1" gap at the back, even if you push the range all the way in towards the wall. If you have a 24" counter, then the handles will stick out about 4" beyond that. Personally, I don't have a problem with this and it's how most ranges are. Hope that helps. Kind regards- Travis
