I love this fridge so much I'm taking time to write review!! We had an old top freezer fridge and a specific width to work with. This fridge gave us more space on the side and being counter depth opened up the tiny space a bit more! The outside is beautiful without a handle very streamlined. The inside is a beast!! It feels like I can fit MORE in here than my old fridge. Yes, you can fit a gallon of milk. The drawers are huge. You can get a huge bag of apples in there. The side door holds so much and even bottles of wine and soda fit. The freezer holds lots more than you think. We have two tubs of ice cream plus room to spare. Yes, I miss having an ice maker but eh, 1st world problems. (And we've never had a water in door feature so I don't miss what I never had I just use brita!) Definitely recommend!!

Amazing bottom freezer refrigerator. Beautiful inside and outside. Perfect size for my limited kitchen space. The refrigerator was better than what I expected because I bought it online so I didn’t have the privilege to see in person. Overall it was a great buy at a great price.

I searched high and low for a narrow counter depth fridge with good storage that would work in my small kitchen. The design of the fridge is perfect - you can easily see all of your food and beverages at a good height with a quick glance. Plus, the handles are on the side of the door so they don't stick out in to the room. This fridge is suitable for 1-3 people. The only downside is that the egg holder on the door does not hold a standard 12 pack carton of eggs. I have had this fridge only for a few months but would recommend!

I bought this refrigerator to open up the space in my galley kitchen. It's approx 5 cubic feet smaller than my last one but I have never missed that storage space. I can store the same amount of items in this fridge and freezer and it's much more organized! Amazing! My kitchen looks so much bigger too! Another plus is how quiet it is. Thank you Haier!

This is a very nice-looking refrigerator. We have a small space and we wanted counter depth. The freezer isn't that big. The refrigerator is very nice and everything fits in it well. I am bugged by the noise, which at first I thought was a car honking in the distance. It's the refrigerator. It will do it two times and stop, then a regular noise fridges make. About an hour later it will do that honking noise again, a total of 7 times and it stops. The temp is staying where it should.

The refrigerator just arrived and so far it looks great and works beautifully. It would be nice to have more freezer capacity, but I know that would be difficult for a refrigerator of this size. So far so good!

Amazing refrigerator. I was looking for this kind of fridge a long time ago but it was worthy the wait. Perfect for a small place. Easy installation and great technician service.

I bought this a few weeks ago and love it. It’s beautiful, has well designed storage in a narrow unit, easy to operate and did I mention it’s beautiful? Only had it a few weeks so I can’t speak to longevity but I’m very happy so far.

Downsized to this model fridge when my previous Kenmore finally stopped working. I find the size of the interior of the fridge portion more then adequate for my needs. However the freezer is quite small and I do wish I had a ice maker. Don't expect to fit a frozen pizza in this freezer. All said - I am pretty satisfied, so far with this fridge. I hope it lasts as long as my Kenmore.

This fridge is beautiful and perfect for a tight space. We were pleasantly surprised when the Home Depot delivery team switched the door direction for us. This was something we were preparing to do ourselves.

Just had refrigerator installed today & I’m very happy with it.

I have only had this refrigerator for two days and I am already in love with it. The design, the efficient use of space, how quickly it cools, and ease of programming temperature. I bought this refrigerator to replace a 14 year old GE refrigerator that had the freezer section on the top. My old fridge conked out and I needed a replacement. This was the first time I had ever bought a refrigerator, as every place I have owned has come with brand new appliances. I researched and I had heard great things about Haier, with a few detractors here and there. I am so glad I ignored the detractors. I was limited in the outer dimensions of what I could buy, because I do live in a condo in an urban environment, so the angles to get the refrigerator into my space and then maneuvering it into my kitchen left limited options. This fit the bill perfectly. It is actually 2.5 cubic feet smaller than my old fridge, but I can fit more things in it, as its drawers and shelves use their space more efficiently. My old fridge had a bunch of smaller shelves in the door and there were eight smaller shelves in the main refrigerator compartment. The Haier has three shelves that stretch across the whole width of the refrigerator, so I can fit more things in it without these support bars in the way like in the GE. I fit an entire case of water and an entire case of seltzer across one shelf alone. (See pictures) Also, since it has two crisper drawers that are the full width of the refrigerator, as opposed to two smaller drawers side by side, I can fit more things in it without having to cram them on top of each other and then dig through for what vegetable I want. I would have so many vegetables go bad, because I couldn't see what I had all stacked on top of each other. Also, I love that the bottom crisper drawer has its own temperature setting. I have decided to use this for vegetables that are more perishable (cucumbers, mushrooms, eggplant, etc.) and have the temperature set about 3 degrees cooler than the rest of the refrigerator. I use the the top crisper drawer for vegetables that are less delicate and last longer. While the freezer is a little small, it is perfect for me. I am single and live alone, so it is really not an issue. I like that the freezer is three individual drawers. It allows for better organization and ease of finding things. I use the top drawer for prepared foods. I make a lot of soups and then freeze individual portions in 8oz containers, so the top drawer is perfect to store them. I use the middle drawer for frozen vegetables, and the bottom drawer for larger items like frozen pizza, etc. It works great. Far easier than my old refrigerator which was basically an open box with one wire shelf in it. Things would be stacked all on top of each other and half the time would come tumbling out when I opened the door. Overall, I would say this refrigerator is perfect for a single person who loves to cook or for a couple. Not sure it would be great for a family of 4+, but certainly something to consider if you have a smaller space. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

This refrigerator offered everything I was looking for especially freezer located on the bottom. The shelving design keeps products well organized. The sleek well built doors upgrade my kitchen .I now owned 3 Haier appliances particularly the best products for odd condo sizing. Home depot is excellent service store.

The drawer movements are not as smooth as optimal, but it is so far a good choice for our space.

This product is exactly what we hoped for, especially since we bought it blind because it wasn't on display. Because of its size, we have been saving about 40% on non-essential grocery buying. We used to throw away alot of food because we would forget it was there, couldn't see it in the bottom back of frig, or bought to much just cause it looked good in store. Now we buy only what we are going to use in next few days. We don't throw hardly anything away. This frig makes it very easy to organize. The drawers in frig and freezer hold more than you think. Easy to keep stainless clean with just a stainless hand wipe. We were even able to switch the door opening by watching a youtube video fairly easily, looks like it came that way. It is a great fridge for 2-3people.

Love this refrigerator! It's both attractive and efficient. I needed to replace all my old kitchen appliances. It was a challenge to find a refrigerator that fit the 30" cabinet opening and didn't protrude into the kitchen walkway. We have a very small kitchen and could not accomodate the new models that are so deep. After much research, I decided this was the only counter depth model that would work. I wasn't familiar with Haier and was unsure about this decision, as I could not actually see the model in any store. It's now my favorite appliance! I love the large, full width produce drawers that hold more than my old refrigerator. Yes, the drawers may catch a bit if you pull them out unevenly, but a little care when opening drawers is all it takes. I use one for fruits and one for veggies. Even though this model is 2 " narrower and 5" shallower than my old 30" fridge, it surprisingly seems to hold just as much. I think it's because, with the freezer on bottom, I can easily see what is inside and the full width shelves seem to be more efficient than split shelves. With top shelf at highest position, I can fit a gallon jug of milk on the middle shelf. The door shelves are adjustable and can fit wine bottles and half gallon drink containers. The lighting inside is great and it is very quiet. It holds both fridge and freezer temperatures perfectly with easy to use and non-obtrusive controls on the front. I can pack the 3 freezer drawers completely and everything stays frozen. Overall freezer space is a bit less than I had with my old top freezer fridge, but it's not an issue for me as I have a separate freezer in the garage. Top freezer drawer holds multiple ice cube trays plus other items. I highly recommend this refrigerator if you are looking for a stylish model that doesn't overwhelm a small kitchen. I've only had it for 2 months. I hope it remains as problem free as it appears to be. I am told it can be serviced by GE repairmen as they are under same ownership. Also, really good customer service from Haier people when I called them with questions. If you are hesitating like I was, be assured this is a quality appliance. Better than expected!

Interior lighting is excellent, as is overall performance of the unit. Shelves cannot be separated sufficiently to hold gallon/half-gallon milk containers. They raise the shelf off its resting points.

I’ve been using my new fridge about 4 months now. I’m enjoying it- loving the freezer drawers for organized storage. Freezer on bottom allows so much more easy access space in the refrigerator section and easy to view with the lighting. It’s a bit awkward after raising the shelves enough to fit gallon jugs of liquid(it’s a tight fit), so if you really use gallon jugs a lot that won’t fit in the door, you may not love. It’s not an issue for me and I’m loving how convenient it is for me to access my 1/2 gallon beverages right on the door at waist level! I’ll add another star to the review in another 18 months if it keeps working. PS I hate the digital readout on the door!( esthetics) I bought this refrigerator for the size/dimensions as I have very tight space.

I bought this refrigerator 4 months ago. I am extremely happy with the size, sleekness, interior space. I was searching forever to find a small fridge with a bottom freezer that would fit in my small condo kitchen. The search was frustrating and endless. Eventually i went online n i could not believe my luck, Haier to the rescue. I would recommend the beautiful refrigerator to anyone and more so anyone with a small kitchen. You no longer have 2 b stuck with ugly outdated Refrigerator

Fridge works great, bought it for extra freezer space and love the triple drawer freezer setup.

We love this fridge! It's easy to open and see everything inside. We just remodeled our kitchen and added it as our "drinks" fridge. It keeps the drinks really cold! It's very pretty and has a clean design.

Great Fridge/Freezer: Looks great, works well. Fitted perfectly in the small space in the garage. Exactly what I wanted. **Problems** - The build quality is bad. First unit was damaged during manufacturing to fit the casing on the top (flange was cut off). Discovered this when I removed the plastic cover to switch the hinges to the opposite side. Unit was replaced. Second unit had a screw thread on the casing stripped. I was told it was my fault, even though I pulled the screw out before I made any changes to the unit. It was easy to switch the hinges but the door was distorted so the plastic insert and door cap would not clip back into place. Haier customer service initially told me my warranty was void because I had switched the hinges (there was a kit included and the manual explains how) They have offered to replace the plastic cap on the door, but the main part of the door plastic is distorted and the tech agreed a replacement part would not fix the problem. Haier's customer service have made it clear the warranty does not cover cosmetic defects and have told me that if I am not satisfied Haier will offed to extend the warranty an additional year. IN SUMMARY: - Bad product quality and horrible customers service when dealing with issues related to build quality.

Clunky and noisy. Not an even hum, mind you. An on and off buzzing and clunking. So loud I can hear it from the other room; intolerable in the kitchen. The shelf space is poorly engineered. Clearly not spaced out for American food packaging. There is only one shelf with a secondary location option, and that is useless. In the end, I had to remove a shelf to fit a standard gallon of milk. No frills in regard to interior storage (no cold cut drawer, the egg holder is laughable). The only plus: the fridge is the size they state it is.

Impressed!!! We have had this just under a month, but already are very impressed. We like the sleek design and size of the unit. It has a lot of features that make it impressive. The freezer area is much easier to keep organized thanks to the drawers. Easy to keep large and small items organized and easily accessible. The fridge area is also well designed. We mostly use this as a 2nd fridge/freezer. We like it because its attractive in appearance but small enough not to overwhelm our laundry room. The dimensions below show just how compact it is in size. The handless door is very nice because it cuts down on the overall depth of the unit and it is easy to open and close. This unit is very quiet. The controls on the front of the unit are very easy to operate and read the temps inside the fridge. We really like that the fridge area is on the top at eye level because this is the area we open most. The freezer area is best on bottom because we open it significantly less. Everyone loves how the unit looks and the overall functionality. Very impressed with this unit. Its perfect for our needs. Dimensions: 28" deep from wall to the front of the doors 27 1/2" wide from side to side 68" tall from floor to the top of the unit Home depot delivery was awesome. Arrived in the time window promised. The delivery people were efficient, professional and polite. They were very cautious of our home and the fridge unit. They cleaned up after themselves and had us verify the unit was in perfect condition before leaving. Awesome experience

This is a very nice & high quality refrigerator!! The digital controls on the front door are very convenient along with being very stylish. I love the freezer on the bottom!! It is nice having the refrigerator portion at the higher height for convenience. There are handles built into the side of the doors which is very nice while offering a clean and hidden look rather than a traditional handle. The light on the interior of the item is very bright and illuminates the interior nicely!! The refrigerator has a very long cord which is helpful depending on electrical outlet location. The stainless steel doesn't appear to easily allow fingerprints which is a huge positive!! I would strongly recommend!! Great Product!!

This refrigerator looks smart and modern with an awesome LED blue display on the front. It was delivered to its resting spot inside the house by a pleasant pair and they took away all the exterior packaging. On opening the refrigerator one finds the glass shelves and drawers all securely taped down so that they do not move about during shipping. In addition, pieces of cardboard had been mounted on the front edge of the shelves to ensure they were also stable during shipping. Nothing was broken and everything was intact. All I needed to do was pull off the tape and toss the cardboard into the recycling. When plugged into the power outlet, the fridge defaults to reasonable temperatures. When the door is opened, the inside is very nicely illuminated by LED lights. There are two temperature zones in the cooler compartment. The main area (34°F to 42°F) and a custom ‘My zone’ (27°F to 41°F) which is an enclosed drawer in which one can set a separate temperature. The third temperature is for the freezer (-6°F to 4°F) default is 0°F Inside the cooler compartment there are three glass shelves plus one drawer and the ‘My Zone’ drawer. There is some flexibility of the shelf placement. They lift and slide out easily without much chance of them coming out by accident. The door has three storage bins, wide enough for a quart milk carton. Two egg holder each holding 6 eggs are supplied for the door storage bins. In the freezer compartment there are three drawers, one of which is deeper than the other two. In addition to the regular temperature controls there is also a fast freeze and fast cool button for when one needs to add a lot of food. The illuminated temperature display on the door switches itself off after XXX minutes. The control panel can be locked. Fahrenheit or Centigrade temperature units can be selected The door is reversible and a small bag of hardware is supplied to switch the door to the other side. On delivery ours opened to the right. If you wish to remove the ‘My zone’ drawer completely you have to remove the lowest plastic bin from the door, if the door does not open more than 90° This is not an issue as the bins simply lift out vertically. The freezer drawers are complete, i.e. they are not simple baskets that would let all the cold air drop out every time you open the door. By having fully enclosed drawers, cold air sits in the drawer and is not replaced by warm room temperature air every time the door is opened. This is a good energy saver. The annual Energy consumption is estimated to be 428kWh or $51.00 per year. Defrosting is automatic. There is no ice maker (no chance of water leaking!). 12 month in house warranty against material or workmanship defects. After 12 months, up to 5 years, Haier will replace defective parts at no cost but not pay for labor. Commercial use has a 90 days parts and labor warranty.

I absolutely LOVE the new Haier Refrigerator with Bottom Freezer in Stainless Steel. It is positively stunning. The bottom freezer is a wonderful new option among the growing selection of Haier kitchen appliances and now I know first-hand why they are so popular. The most conveniently placed and readily accessible foods are at eye level. It's also easier to organize, easier to clean, and easier to keep track of what is inside. The see through crisper drawers and freezer drawers are large enough to hold heads of lettuce, roasts, and gallons of ice cream. The door storage will hold four half-gallons of milk, a dozen eggs (with a really handy egg holder that is included), condiments, and juice bottles. The three glass shelves sparkles beautifully underneath the LED interior lighting. It also contains any spills to that particular glass shelf while protecting other foods inside the refrigerator. There's also state of the art temperature control settings on the outside of the front door lit up in a very pretty LED royal blue. Gorgeous. The stainless steel is absolutely beautiful and arrived completely flawless in pristine condition. The entire refrigerator is flawless and can be attributed to the fine care taken to prepare the appliance for shipping and handling. Every single moveable part was carefully secured to prevent shifting. The best part, aside from being gorgeous, is the energy efficient, quiet as a whisper, engine motor that has z.e.r.o. noise. I dont mean just a little bitty bit of noise, either. Literally, zero sound. Honestly, i opened up the refrigerator doors on several occasions to make sure it was really running. I LOVE it. Haier is so energy efficient, it only costs $51 to operate for a whole year. It is superbly crafted in every way.

We love this is refrigerator. We have a large family and ordered it for all the over flow and drinks. The size is great and the stainless steel is very nice. It definitely is not finger print resistant though. Other than that one negative it is great. Plenty of space and temperature is displayed on the front of door and easily adjusted. The drawers in the freezer are nice for keeping the space organized.
