Product did not work as described
I bought 30SECONDS Spray & Walk Away from Home Depot back in early May to eliminate moss on our brick patio. I followed every tip and instruction as noted on the manufacturers label. Not only did the product not eliminate our moss problem but it actually stained our brick patio. I waited six weeks hoping the stains would go away but they look the same as when I applied the product. I am very upset that the product did not work as described and has caused my brick patio to look terrible.

30 SECONDS Spray & Walk Away is made to safely kill Algae, Mold & Mildew on most outdoor surfaces. We do always recommend testing in a small, inconspicuous area first. Spray a small amount of cleaner, let sit per surface directions on the bottle, brush if needed and rinse to see results. This was the best product for killing moss off crushed stones that I have experienced.

It works, but needs some time to see the results (and longer if rain is scarce). Will also need an extra application for the toughest mold stains. In my case it had been helping to control the algae and black mold. Better to apply early morning, late afternoon, or on cloudy days, so it doesn’t dry out too quick.
Not recommended for those who expect, or want, instant results

Good Product!
Sprayed the stockade fence thoroughly, followed instructions. So far, it has worked for 2 summer seasons without re-applying yet. Though, when I attached it to the hose it seemed to get used up quickly, like 2-3 panels and not sure if I attached it correctly. Otherwise very effective in getting rid of existing lichens, moss and mold spots. Covering every crevice of the fence and posts is critical in ridding any growth, with a little hand scraping

There’s no warning on the bottle saying you should wear a respirator but you really should. if you breath any in or if it’s a hot day it lingers in the air and you end up poisoning your self if

Doesn't work on lichen
Applied it according to directions on lichen and it didn't make any difference. Mixed it half solution and half water & it didn't work. Will try putting on the lichen undiluted, but it's doubtful it will work.

Waste of Money
Bought this because my local Home Depot did not have Spray and Forget in stock. Store associate said it works great. Ovbiously, the sprayer was not functioning properly because almost the whole gallon was used up on very little surface area. Didn't do much to clean the brick steps I was trying to clean. Big disappointment as this was not cheap. BIG WASTE of money!
Spray and Forget is a much better product and only half the price.

Worked on patio pavers, but not on tile roof.
This is a mixed review as it worked on our Florida home's red brick patio pavers, but not on its concrete tile roof using the same batch. I pressured washed the roof to finish the job. Both areas were applied under the same conditions, with the pavers having more mildew, stumping me as to why the roof didn't get clean! Btw, 30 Seconds OUTDOOR CLEANER did great on cleaning the roof in another spot a year ago using a pressure washer to rinse it off -- mildew hasn't come back...yet.

The product killed the moss on the driveway, but did not loosen the dead moss. It had to be scraped away.

This works great. I used this on my roof last...
This works great. I used this on my roof last year but didn’t have enough for the whole roof and then forgot about it. I went up there a couple months ago and the part I sprayed looked new compared to the part I didn’t, which was still greenish and had moss growing on it. I ordered some more and sprayed the rest of the roof. It should look much bettter in a few weeks or months. Surprised how well it works.
