Took my reddish pine and turned it natural brown greyish. I was hoping for a natural color reddish restore. I have before pic, power wash only pic, and treated. I actually stopped after 1/3 fence done. No need to waste more money. Next time ill skip this step. I also tried it on tough to remove algae side of house. Removed zero algae.

The 30 second cleaner works like magic. I spray it on and let it sit for 2 minutes; then I rinse off with water and algae and grime literally melt off my shingles. I highly recommend this product.

Read the label, it’s just a slightly more diluted bleach aka sodium hypochlorite 5%. Whereas standard bleach is 7.5%. Save your money and just use generic bleach and dilute as needed.

The pressure treated stairs at our house grew algae that when wet, was slippery to walk on. I used this product as directed with mostly positive results. It took off the majority of the algae, but some still remained in the grooves of the wood, even after multiple treatments. However, it is much better than it was. It did cause some discoloring of the PT lumber, but that was expected per the directions on the bottle.

Amazing Product. Simply spray on and rinse off! I used 1 Gallon on 3 walls. Amazing results.

I purchased 3 gallons to clean dirt from an asphalt shingle roof. The following day, the roof looked just as bad. I bought 5 more gallons to follow the directions more closely. The roof still looks as bad. In fact, I cannot see the start/stop location. I only worked on the road side roof as seen in the after picture. I have written the manufacturer twice and included pictures. They have not responded at all. How should I feel? Grrr!

Product works great. Had to call company for a proper pick up tube.

This stuff is amazing, cleaned mildew off fence and roof trim with ease. Don't bother shopping for any other product.

I purchased one gallon of this stuff with a home depot sprayer and just sprayed it direct without cutting it with any water due to the buildup. It smells like concentrated bleach so make sure you are in a well ventilated area if you are using this product. I took a pass with the sprayer and let it sit for about 5 minutes before washing it down with the hose. You can see the results, works alot better than bleach and a power washer.

Used it on a patio brick wall that had been neglected for more years than I am willing to admit. The wall was covered with dirt, moss, soot, probably mold and mildew too. There are a few places that didn't respond fully to the cleaner, but overall the wall now looks close to new. Another wall really does look like new. I don't know (or want to?) what the "proprietary ingredients" are, but they work just fine on brick with a stiff plastic scrub brush and a little elbow grease. Very pleased.

Our old sprayer broke and then we realized a spray bottle would take forever to saturate. We ended up pouring on the mixed solution, gently moved around with the broom and let it set for 30 sec to a min. Scrubbed it real good with a broom. Sprayed and saw it was lighter but not impressed but knew we also didn’t do it according to directions. Figured we’d have to try something else. A few hours later after the patio had dried we looked out and were shocked at the difference.

I wish I would have taken pictures but trust me, my exterior window frames were dirty. common household cleaners didn't get them near as clean as this product. it is as easy as they claim, you spray it on, wait less than a minute, hose it off. My frames look as good as new! I also sprayed the painted ground where the patio trash can was and it's as clean as if there was never a trash can sitting there for years.

I bought this after reading reviews and this product is amazing! I usually scrub my small deck rails and siding with a magic eraser and bleach. This spray on and rinse off cleaner looks just as good with much less work!

Used this product on a house with painted wood siding and it worked like a charm. Initially I purchased 3 gallons and those went rather quickly as I was mixing according to directions (1:1), however I found that on areas where staining isn't too severe I was able to mix 1 part concentrate to 3 parts water and let soak a bit longer which gave me more longevity out of the product. Used it on a composite deck and it worked great. it had some streaks when i finished but they faded when everything dried

I used this product on some outside picnic tables and it did not remove the black mold or stains from the wood, even though I let it soak and rinsed it with water pressurized to 160 psi. I have to clean the tables with a stiff metal brush to get the mold and grunge off. Bleach and water, with a small amount of dish detergent, would have worked as well, so save your money.

Placed a 50/50 mix in sprayer. Almost immediately started to see results. Try not to spray your pressure treaded post too much as they will remove the paint off those too.

This is the best cleaner I've ever used for mold and dirt. I don't know how it does it, but it makes everything disappear! Spotless clean. I just poured this onto the top stair right from the bottle and then took a used beat up broom from the back closet (nylon bristles) and used that to swish the cleaner around on the stairs. Some of it dripped down to the next stair and as I made my way down the stair, if that stair need some more cleaner, I'd pour it on. I let it sit there for more than 30 seconds after I swished it around a little, maybe let it sit there for a good couple minutes. Then since I didn't have a hose handy, I just took a few buckets of water and splashed it on the stairs, starting at the top, then using the broom to push the excess water down the staircase. I did a whole set of stairs in about 30 minutes, tops. I wish I had a picture showing the the inch or more of dirt that sat in the creases of each stair, because this all went away. The staircase looks brand new. I just couldn't wait for the association to come by and do the cleaning, so when I saw "30 seconds" for abut ten bucks, I thought, what the heck. I can do this. Great stuff. Buy it and you won't be sorry. Check out the pictures!

Great product. My deck hasn’t been cleaned or washed for five years. I only needed one application to restore it. I didn’t even have to use the recommended high concentration (1:1). I used 1 part cleaner and two parts water.

Great product. It works so well. Used it to clean up some old chair frames, cushions, and a plastic outdoor tables that I was about to toss out. Cleaned everything like new. Have used this product around the house on other projects as well. Always does the trick. Love this product.

I use this to clean a coral stone patio and mold on walls. It works great, much better than outdoor bleach.

This is the 1st time I'm giving a product review,I'm 50 years old and I'm very satisfied with this product and felt I'm obligated to give props. The composite deck hasn't been cleaned for a couple of years, the 'before' image had already been hosed down with vinegar solution 2 days prior. It took 2 applications of the Outdoor Cleaner using pump spray and waited 15 mins both times. Very satisfied with this cleaner and would recommend for composite deck.

For a thick layer of gleocapsa magma on metal roof, you may need to use the 30 sec solution with no water. Used it to treat an aluminum metal roof and the 1:1 ratio with water was somewhat effective. The unmixed solution with no water was better at "melting" the gleocapsa black soot.
