The picture online makes it look much darker than it actually is. When I opened the package, I actually thought I ordered the incorrect finish. It is BRIGHT AS A NEW PENNY. It is not aged or dark like the picture. So unless you don’t care about color, I don’t recommend it. And another thing: I tried using liver of sulfur to age it, but it doesn’t work. Either it isn’t copper at all, it is an alloy or it has some kind of protective coat — which essentially means it won’t darken/age. Please advertise products as they are. This is an infuriating waste of money and time.

Way better than I anticipated. I should have purchased 4 large rather than 2 large at the front door and 2 small at the garage door - but that was on me. They are not very hefty but they are gorgeous.

I love these light fixtures! The only thing I would note is that they do not come as pictured. They are a true copper color. That said, I trust they will patina with time and weather, giving them that darker look. They are well made, they have a sturdy quality about them, and their beautiful traditional design makes them look more expensive than they actually are. I can’t wait to get my house repainted so I can post pics!

Very, very nice light - sleek, simple and elegant at the same time. However, the copper color is much lighter in person than pictured above, I'm thinking maybe with a bit of weathering, it might darken. Overall, a great light.

it looks exactly like the the photo . The finish is gorgeous . We installed two of them in our sunroom and I am very happy with the quality , color , and design .
