The Base Layer Shirt takes the bite out of any cold day! And the battery last for hours! Washed it in a cold wash then hung it to dry, easy peesey! Definitely worth it!

Battery pocket could be slightly larger to hold a 20000mAh battery

I bought the base layer for my son who works at Disneyland in Anaheim Ca. and he loves it. Keeps hos 3X body warm when working nights. Great product

It only lasted two months, washing it once a week on gentle, before the electronics stopped working. I assume a loose connection because now if you turn it on it turns off again after a few minutes even with a full battery.

Just wearing the shirt and not on has been enough to keep me warm. The few times I have used the heat, I set it on lthe lowest setting and was plenty warm.

I will need to get a extra battery to make it through the cold days but i am happy with it

Definitely worth having extra battery banks if you’re skiing all day or anything like that, also could use an extra hole in the battery pouch so you can route the cable to a pant pocket more easily. Besides that, it definitely lasts through the wash and multiple winters

Yes it heats up well, and lasts 3-4 hours, however the material is poor and the stitching is burring and stringing out after only one wash. Worth $150? No, maybe $50 would suit better.

I have worn this base layer shirt almost daily this winter to walk the dog. I find that the benefit of heated clothes are better when closer to body.

I purchased this base layer for hunting in the central PA woods. Turn it on, and it’s like being caressed by the warmth of a crackling cabin fire, with a cup of steaming hot coffee in your hand. The only thing missing is the crackle. It’s way better than disposable warmers, because you can turn it off while moving, and on while sitting. The battery lasted as advertised. The best part is, you can use any generic 5 volt battery bank as a backup. The switch can easily be found, and adjusted through several layers, and a parka. I haven’t owned it long enough to determine longevity, but so far so good.

This top keeps me warm while trap shooting in the winter. I don’t like wearing a jacket while shooting and this is just right under my sweaters

My husband purchased this open box heated shirt hoping that he’d liked. Turns out that he loves it! Quick delivery, charges great, and heats up quickly. Definitely worth the $$ (even if you have to pay full price!!! 😉)

Pretty good, only gripe is that the battery turns on just from being connected or barley touching the power button. Then it takes like ten seconds to turn it back off. Not that big a deal, but it feels like forever when holding it down.

Purchased it for a gift. My son loves it keeps him warm while out in the cold temperatures

It is a nice fitting base layer and it did a great job keeping me warm. I normally wear wear a XXL, but decided to go XL for a slimmer fit. The battery doesn't last as long on the lowest setting, but that's to be expected. If anything, I wish the shirt was just a little longer.

It was given as a Christmas gift and he loves it. He was very impressed with the smaller flat battery. He has a vest and jacket from another company and he said those batteries are very bulky.

Warm but the heat is super high on shoulders and top of chest. Also, it figures the base layer I got for hunting has a button to shut off the bright light unlike the other exterior things. Tempted to use this to make a heated seat cushion for my tree stand; it would keep me warmer. I don’t think I remember ever thinking dang my shoulders are cold…

Bought this to ride in central Minnesota winter mountain bike trails. At 12 below 0 it managed to keep me warm longer than I thought without having to wear a bunch of bulky clothing. Only did about 14 miles but that's all I needed that day.

I have worn this for one work week! My comments the battery pocket is tight have to fiddle with the battery & cord to get the zipper closed! The neck opening is snug to get through! The shirt seems to be warm without added heat! Comfortable shirt! The button light is always lit so can have glow through if not wearing a heavy outer coat or covering

the shirt works great and the button is easily accessible, even with multiple layers on

I bought it for my husband for motorcycle rides in the winter and he said "this heated shirt is a game changer."

I use this base layer underneath my ballistic vest at work. I enjoy this shirt a lot. However, the battery it is supplied with is a little large. They make smaller ones with the same Performace I purchased separately. Next, the heating area is not as large as pictured. Heating element is upper chest and down to the shoulder blades. Would be nice if the heating elements were as pictured.

As most Wisconsin hunters know, we get some pretty cold weather followed by some crazy warm stuff. I am the proud owner of ActionHeat socks, top & bottom base layer, and the vest. The vest i have had for about 5 years, and i always found myself wearing 2 thin little base layers so I could feel the heat from the vest. If i were to just wear the vest and was asked to do a review, I would have given it 3 stars. Now that I have added the heated base layers, it is insane how warm you can be. I'm almost 50, and those of you my age know we can't sit like we used to. Well I'm hear to tell you, that's all changed. With nothing but my outer blaze orange, heated vest, and heated base layer, I was toasty warm. In fact, with nothing turned on in 22° I was a tad warm walking out. After about an hour and a half, the cold was creeping in, so i turned everything on. Within minutes i could feel the heat pouring in. After about 10, I had to turn down vest and top to medium. The double whammy of those 2 was unbelievable! As far as the top goes, I would buy it a size snug and also for the bottoms. If there was one improvement I would make, it would be to turn on all device with a remote, or Bluetooth. For me, I found the socks the most difficult to access, so now I just turn them on before I head out. I pick medium, and leave them alone. The flap that the power button is on with the bottoms does get bumped a fair amount for me. The good news is it just changes temp setting and doesn't shut them off. I'm still 5 stars on the base layer, but I think the vest plays a large part. To only wear a base layer, a vest. And an outer jacket is huge for me. Its nice to have no bulk and lots of freedom to move. As far as the price goes, yeah, it's a little high. My vest is still going strong after 5 years, so I know the stuff lasts. I have already purchased extra batteries, so I have a full day of heat. I think I will add the balaclava to my arsenal of heated gear next. Truly remarkable product, I can sit for hours and never even get a chill. Buyer beware, your wife will love this stuff, so she will be expecting it. Great for watch cold Friday night football, ice fishing, hunting, skiing...you name it!

Great item. I do not directly feel the heat on the lowest setting, but I did noticed while it was on the lowest setting I wasn't cold, and the chills I had previous to turning it on were gone and I wasn't shivering anymore. I really like this product and I'm going to buy more action heat items. I previously had Milwaukee brand products and did not find of the heat sufficient enough to feel it.
