It does help darken a room well. It was easy to cut up and hand sew, since all I needed was an under the sink and privacy curtain. Doesn’t look cheap. Great value for the price.

So glad to have a print that has a little pattern but is still versatile enough to fit into most decor. This Carson Grey colored Grommet Curtain Panel will be a great fit for our home for many seasons.

These curtains were true to 84" length and 42" width. The lining in the back of the curtain successfully blocks out the light and reduces noise as well. The grommets allowed ease of sliding curtains on the rod. And the almond color was a nice neutral beige. The only thing that I didn't like too much was the shiny material, which made it look a little bit cheap. I would've preferred a non-shiny material.

I paired this ones with the almond milk color ones to give some contrast and it looks great. Each color compliment each other. Very easy to install, just slide through but make sure it's a study, thick rod sice they have some weight to do them. They are 100% black out so I installed sheer curtains behind for when open during the day. The texture is great and the color is beautiful.

These blackout curtains have been a great addition for my living room. They block all light but due to their color, the room still looks bright. I added sheer curtains when open and they paid beautifully. They have a nice weight to them so make sure to use a sturdy think curtain rod. Installation is simple, just slide through the tube. The texture is beautiful and delicate without making it girly.

If the don't quite fit the window side to side you may see a little light around the edges but they do an excellent job blocking most all the light otherwise. After we ironed them they still seemed to have a slight wrinkle but are otherwise very good for what they were designed for.

A bedroom window faces east, and we've fought sunlight issues for quite some time. Black-out mini-blinds helped some with the light but did nothing to stop the heat. We then switched to a black-out roller shade. It was better, but the ceiling A/C vent nearby would blow the shade just enough to make the pull-down handle bang against the window. These curtains are simply the best solution by FAR! Wish we'd purchased them 5 years ago. We're so pleased that we're hoping the manufacturer has a shorter set for a smaller side window. Curtains came well packaged and there was no odor upon opening them. A pleasant surprise since we'd purchased some discount "black-out" curtains before, and they smelled awful.

I am always skeptical of "blackout" curtains. I cannot sleep if it is not completely, pitch black. The products I have used in the past have all seemed to allow at least some light in, especially in the morning. These curtains, however, absolutely do not let in a single, solitary bit of light! Be sure to hang them so that they lie flush against the wall and you will be golden!

These curtains are meh. Okay. They definitely room darken, but blackout is a huge jump. Also, my windows are standard windows and these feel very narrow. This product should be wider, when I close the curtains you can still see a sliver of the window and thus a lot of light. As far as the weight, these feel like good quality but they hang like cheap curtains and like I said are really narrow for a super standard window.

The outside temperatures on consecutive days was over 84 degrees. The curtains helped prevent turning on the Air Conditioners by a couple hours. There is not much color variance between the Almond milk and the Gray fabrics for this curtain.

On three consecutive days of outside temperatures reaching above 80 degrees before 10 o'clock in the mornings, the inside room temperatures held 73 degrees or below until around noon. I picked up these blackout curtains as a means of keeping the monsters in my daughter's closet at night. I have not installed these curtains but I have installed a set of the same product in another color. The others are grey and I reviewed them as well. They feel sturdy so I have no problem believing they will hold up to years of use. If I find need for more blackout curtains I won't hesitate to reacquire this product.

I did not pick up these blackout curtains for window use. I got these for keeping the monsters in my daughter's closet. While I am certain they would do a fantastic job of keeping the sunlight out for folks that work nights I find they work really well for preventing shadows from creeping. I mounted them using eye screws and steel cable that I adjust with a turnbuckle.

These are very good at blocking light. That is my concern as I like a dark room for sleep. The quality is very good and they have a thick lining that helps with blocking light and may add to winter insulation. The colors available blend well with everything in the room. There is no need for curtain hooks as these have large hoops that slide easily over the curtain rod. I steamed the curtains and they looked great. These are a very good quality curtain. So they look great, have great quality, and they are well made.

I would recommend this product to anyone with a small width window and wants to update the look and feel of a room especially a window in a bedroom would be great for this product and it will help keep the room cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter as this product is somewhat insulated. Can choose from a variety of colors to match or go with your décor in the room used.

These curtains are great if the window they are being used for is not wide as they are only 48" wide. They do keep some heat out and some cold from coming thru the window when used as directed per the included instructions which are easy to follow and understand. curtains have grommets which looks real nice and they can be taken down and washed per instructions.

These blackout curtains came just in time. Being in South Florida, the heat index has been around 110 degrees. I put this behind my sons other curtains, the old ones filter the sun, but these actually block the sun. They let no heat in and keep the room dark, which is what I wanted. The grey color has a slight shine and pattern to it. The grommets to hold to rod works out well too. These are a great addition to anyone wanted to block heat and light from a room. (Pics show in front of bright window, they still need ironed)

Simple easy curtains to install. You just need to slide them right on your curtain rod. The blackout feature of the curtain is dead on, It really cuts down on the light that comes in the room especially when Sunrise is directly into your window. However, I feel the color was a bit misleading. I expected "Almond Milk" to be a bit on the ivory side or creamy side. It was more of a shiny gray. My walls are gray, so I wouldn't have chosen the same color as my walls if I had realized.

The first thing I noticed about this curtain is the color. The gray is the right color for a light-blocking curtain. It is the right color to block lights out without being too dark. The material feels just right, too. It feels high-end, not too soft. I can tell that the material will not attract much dust, therefore, it will be easy to keep it clean. The rings are large so it can be used on thick rods. The curtain is pretty thick, so wind will not move it a lot -- the weight will keep it in place well. Besides, it is strong so it is pretty childproof. It can be machine washed. No skill is needed to install this curtain.

The color and texture was most impressive. The ease of installations and how it easily flows with my current design was an added plus. After steam pressing (using a garment steamer) they hang beautifully. After over a month, this Spring temperatures have been up and down and these window panels help economically in keeping the home warm when there is a drop and cool when the temperature rises.

These curtains are precisely as advertised. I live in the city and needed curtains to blackout the street lamps that flood in my windows. These curtains blackout all light. They are also heavy enough to hang nicely and feel more expensive without being cumbersome. I love the color as well. They were really wrinkled out of the container, but a quick turn in the dryer with some dryer sheets fixed that.

Blackout curtains work wonders to block out early morning sun from the East side windows for the 2 guest rooms, allowing people to sleep in later. Chosen color blends in well with the room and furniture.

They are supposed to be 42 inches wide but they're only 41 inches. So with the two panels I purchased, there is a two-inch space between them that lets in the light and omits the intended privacy we want. And the light appears on the outer sides/left and right sides of the panels.
