Happy with packaging and price - plant is flourishing and will take some time to grow up and over the sides of pot.

My plant only had two shoots, the leaves had fallen off the the other shoots. It looked horrible. I will not pay $21 for another plant online.

Only one survived!I believe next time I will drop by the store to get them.

I was amazed at how well this plant was packaged! It is a very fragile plant, and I was not sure what to expect. But it is healthy and they did a fabulous job of packaging it!

Plant was barely in soil and was dying upon arrival. I will never order from home depot again.

My plant arrived in a mess. It had paper under it and over it but the plant still separated from the pot and dirt. I'm trying to nurse it back but is not looking good.You would have better luck buying one in a store instead of mail order.

Ordered 2. 1 arrived in PERFECT condition!!! The size of the plant and container are just right!The other, however, arrived mostly dead. The smell when I opened the box was awful. The plant looked like it had been over watered and immediately packed away so the roots had rotted before it arrived and there was a layer of mold growing over the decaying plant.

Arrived in perfect shape! Very healthy plants!

I just got this item in last night. I was leary to purchase it as I know how sensitive and easy donkey tails can break through shipping. But I figured why not try it. Upon opening I saw that some of its leaves were damaged which I definitely expected. However the packaging job that was done on this shipping job was FABULOUS! I could tell that whomever shipped these out knew exactly how to package the plant so it wouldn't damage completely. Was there some damage yes not as much as I thought there would be. But I would totally buy a couple more of these especially for the price and since I can't seem to find any where I live. Excellent packaging job Home Depot! You didn't disappoint!

Plant came and looked lovely at first, but I should have listened to the review that it came full of bugs. I figured, that was an anomaly and wouldn’t happen twice! Wrong. It brought a gnat infestation that has destroyed my other house plants, and started falling apart itself. When the top part started decaying, it revealed the soil that it came potted in had a couple slugs that were also eating the plant. A refund is not enough, I have spent almost a hundred dollars trying to undo the damage this plant did.

I have owned this succulent, and it's a great plant, but, it's a plant that has some requirements. Bright light, yes but not direct sun. It's not one of the succulents that can overwinter anywhere it's exposed to freezing temperatures, it won't survive them. It is a beautiful plant when it's well cared for.

I received this order very quickly. The packaging was great, and it's a quality plant. The basket is full.

Was so excited to get this guy but he had been pretty banged around in his box and was missing lots of leaves and soil. Didn't think too much of it but within a week or so all the shoots started to dry up and die. I have one stem left pathetically hanging over the side of the pot. I may try to transplant him in the hopes that he will recover but doesn't seem like this was worth it for the money. :(

Was excited when it arrived cause though plant itself was a little dinged up,it seemed generally healthy. But as soon as I pulled it out of the box, I realized it was crawling with gnats. I tried washing them out and repotting, but they've spread to my other plants and have left these new ones with almost no roots at all. A terrible buy. Now I have an infestation to deal with and a bunch of sickly plants

The plant was a mess when I received it. I had to get a refund.

Buying this succulent in the middle of winter and receiving it through the mail was probably not a good idea. Many of the leaves dropped off. I have tried to propagate these leaves without much luck. The fragile nature of the plant would be best bought at a garden store. I am hoping I will be able to save the plant this spring.

Kinda tangled up since he was stuffed into a box, But surprisingly intact. I expected there to be plant parts all over the place and the pot upside down - but it arrived safely in one piece. He is currently thriving on the windowsill with no shock, damage or dehydration. wonderful.

The package was assembled well. The plant was still intact when it arrived. The plant looked fresh and healthy. I've had it for the last 3 weeks and it is thriving.

This Donkey Tail plant is fantastic! I have never had one and it's so different than what you normally have. It arrived in perfect condition from Home Depot also. I was very surprised and so happy I found this online!

This plant is resilient and easy to care for. These plants like the sun and are great for patios

perfectly packaged. Only plant out of 3 that wasn't wet, moldy or disease ridden. Growing really great!
