Nice faucet, bought in 2015, hose leaking, wand button not working

I bought this to upgrade my kitchen and it works great! Good strong spray function and easily rotates. sprayer retracts as soon as you turn off the faucet. Great product

This was a replacement kitchen faucet, my wife really likes the pull down sprayer feature. Never had a problem with the faucet. Great product. The people are real friendly and wonderful to do business with. Really back their product.

I've had the Colony kitchen faucet for about a year and a half now and it still works great. The water pressure is great, especially for the spray. I also like flow stop button, which comes in handy quite often. The only issue I had, and in the grand scheme of things is very minor, is the little blue/red temp direction indicator circle popped out of the handle and went down the sink. Since I already know which direction to go for hot and cold, this does not impact the functionality.

This faucet has performed well. I do want to mention the pressure of the sprayer is higher than I've seen on any of my other faucets. I love it, but if left in that mode, it can surprise you if you just walk up and put something close to the faucet and quickly turn it on all the way.

I have been using this new faucet for about 6 months and am generally happy with it. Note: if you don't have a deep sink the spray with splash a lot. Thankfully I do have a deep sink so it works fine.

The worst faucet I have ever owned. The design team seemed to focused on one thing, low water flow. As a result the aerator only functions for the first two inches of flow. Water splashes everywhere. For some reason it randomly decides to leak. Turning the faucet on and off a few times corrects the problem.

This faucet is perfect for my kitchen sink, it's well built and was easy to install.

We bought this last winter and we did love it. Great Faucet until the pull down hose started leaking and watering the kitchen for us! We still used it for a while, just didn't pull the hose down. We had to replace it. I am hoping to replace the hose and then maybe use it on a rental or sell it on Craiglist.

It took me all of about 2.5 hours to remove the old beat up faucet and replace it with this one. It looks great, the flow is awesome, the pull down feature works exactly the way is is supposed to. I posted a few before/after pictures to help people along. I think the complaints about the pull down not fully retracting may be related to a couple of things. First, there are supplied weights that have to be placed in the right spot in order to get full retraction of the pull-down. Second, if you replace all the stuff under your sink you have the make sure nothing gets in the way of the hoses or the pull down may not fully retract due to stuff getting in the way. I did this with a wrench and a screwdriver and no knowledge of plumbing. It looks awesome, it works great and I feel like a master of home improvement. How can you beat that?

This is my second faucet from American Standard. Both faucets had the goose neck spout wobble inside the base housing. Both failed within 2 years. How difficult tis it to make a faucet that works! Obviously American Standard can get it right!

This faucet was brought on September 30, 2013. This is the best faucet we have had since moving into this house. It is moves with you and works well.

not happy, can't get the pull faucet to stay up, and it's new.

I bought this product about a year ago and like many buyers i have the same problem with the spout becoming loose and swings from side to side. I tried to return it to Home Depot but was refused a new one

I bought this faucet just over a year ago and the pull down feature won't stay in place. It keeps dropping down. I've gone under the sink and checked to make sure the hose moves freely and the weight isn't catching on anything. It just dangles down loose from the arch. I expected this to happen eventually with age, but I was thinking age meant 10 years not 1!

I bought this faucet in December of 2010. It worked great for 15 months and then it broke in the same way that it did for the other two reviewers. The middle post became loose from the base, it jiggles freely and does not keep it's position. The good news is that I called American Standard and they are sending a free replacement, though I still have to pay to have it installed. The lady I spoke with claims the defect has been fixed. Good customer service, bad product.
