It’s just want we ordered. Came not broken. One spot on the underside edge is not really flat but looks like it will flat . Haven’t installed it yet. Will update after install

The flush force could be more powerful, a little weak. The filler valve on my toilet was defective, needed a replacement which American Standard said they would send. Other then those two issues the toilet is fine.

Easy to install, level and hook up. It took longer to prep the floor than installation. The tank mounting bolts could have been a little shorter, though. I found a nice seat and it has been a good pot ever since. I thought I might miss the old five-gallon flush, but this thing works just fine.

Its a nice toilet but it took 4 times ordering it to get a full toilet here because it always came in broken, it took about 2 weeks every time to ship a new one but the staff at my store were great, if it weren't for the staff I would have gone somewhere else.

The first thing I noticed as I was checking the contents is that this toilet did not come with a wax ring for the bowl. However, it did come with a rubber ring for the tank. It doesn’t make sense why it would include one but not both. And because it didn’t come with an wax ring, it also didn’t come with new floor bolts. A toilet I purchased earlier from a different manufacturer contained everything. It even included a toilet seat. This toilet has ample water surface area, a strong flush, and fast tank refill. It takes only 23 seconds for the tank to refill. I rated 3 stars because I have not experienced any problems with it since its installation a month ago, but I was dissatisfied with the fact that the wax ring was not included.

Recieved with cracked tank both times. Will be getting refunded!

Works like a toilet, and does what it is supposed to.

Nice toilet. Shorter rough than usual which fits into my small bathroom nicely. The tank is also smaller which saves water. Easy flush. Highly recommend.

We only have it installed for a few days but so far works well. Easy to install.

Noted it has an updated water supply and flush system inside, with easy adjustments for water height in tank from 1.2 to 1.6 gal. flush. Has the siphon design for flushing assuring a clean bowl. Well made and engineered.

Very good product

This is the worse toilet I have ever purchased. It does not hold enough water in the bowl to flush. I would not recommend this product.

Tank was cracked when it arrived. This was a special order, so I am still waiting to get the replacement. Otherwise seems okay.

Took off 1 star because the toilet is pictured with a seat, yet the seat is not included. Also, no wax ring was included so buyer beware. Otherwise this is a fine product, it's been in about a month now & works as intended. Solid construction & quality hardware, easy install w/good directions for first-timers like me.

We have a very tiny half bath that we wanted to renovate. Of course, the toilet needed to be replaced. This was the smallest toilet we could find, and it fits the room well. The installation was easy, and a standard 16.5" round seat fits it. The bad: It was clogged less than a week after we installed it, and the...load...that clogged it wasn't terribly large. Also, since the sewer line wasn't changed, it wasn't due to a change in the plumbing. I'd have to conclude that this one isn't one of the most vigorous flushers out there, but for a tiny half bath, it works fine.

fits well within the 10" rough in, uses less water, is quieter than the old one it replaced what's not to like?

This toilets flushing system is awful. It says it flushes with 1.6 gallons of water per flush. But, there is not enough water in the bowl to flush with. The tank seems to never hold enough water to completely rinse the bowl. I regret purchasing this system.
