Escutcheon design is faulty and it does not stay tight...
Escutcheon design is faulty and it does not stay tight when the faucet is rotated. Aerator holder pops off due to insufficient thread engagement.

Still Working
It has been in service over a year, no problems yet with the exception of the spray button. I called and sent email, received replacement parts - all is good. Will have to see what the working condition is in a few years.

The faucet looks good , but it makes a clunking thump when you turn the. water on !! I'm not use to when you shut water off it steams down after you shut it off ! So far works ok other the thows 2 things !

POOR CHOICE, POOR QUALITY, DON'T BUY IT
If you want to install a faucet twice, buy this product. We replaced an American Standard faucet that we had for 8 years. We thought this product would be the same quality, it isn't. Our old American Standard was solid and well made. New one is light and flimsy. They sent wrong plastic nut for sprayer. I had to use my old one off old American Standard I was replacing. Finished with the install. Hot water will not stop dripping. Removed handle to make sure valve was tight and seated correctly. All washers on valve appear intact. It still drips and drips and drips. Gotta go. Have to uninstall faucet. Have ordered a Kohler, hoping for better quality.

replacement faucet for 30 yr old sink
Probably due to storage, the coiled tubing for the spray attachment recoils under the sink and makes smooth operation difficult. Installation very easy with the well-designed hardware.

Very please with the Puchase
The price was right, the quality excellent, and I received the item quickly. I was not thrilled with any of the faucet designs in the stores around our area, so I thought to give efaucets.com a try. I was very glad I did! I will look here first when looking to replace a faucet going forward...
