Easy to set up and operate. Worked as they say it will in the manual. Itis lightweight and easy to work with. Holds temp well which surprised me for a 115v system. The cup holders are great. The only thing i was not impressed with is the power of the jets.

A hilarious rip-off.
This is at the maximum possible value worth $600 and you sell it for five times that. It's a cheap piece of plastic, a heating element, and not much else. How in any world do you justify this absolutely insane price? What supplier ripped you off so hard that you even legally can price it this high?

This tub is just as advertised so far - plug and play, good durable quality at a very good price. Took a little less that 12 hours to heat up to 100 degrees when first installed and seems to maintain that temp for a pretty decent duration even when uncovered. The waterfall light is nice, but wish tub had one or two more. The cover that comes with it is really nice and good quality as well. Delivered within 3 weeks on pallet in my driveway - light enough dry weight for 2 people to carry.

Very nice spa powerful jets looks nice .The only minus is the access door which you have to get into to retrieve cord and to drain tub is very hard to open. It has 6 screws you must undo and re screw which isn't easy. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN EASIER WITH A LATCH system

This spa will not hold five adults. Three adults would be max unless you want to be laying on each other’s legs. Much smaller then I thought. Also, the height could be a bit more. Your shoulders stick out of the water. Not sure if I will keep it or return. Other then these issues. It’s ok at best.

Spa was basically in one piece except for the filter. It arrived in a week, delivery was smooth, no problem whatsoever. We use it every day and love every minute of it. Money well spent for sure.

I definitely would’ve recommended this one month ago however after owning at six months it started to have a leak but the spa is the perfect size the Jets are in the perfect place the waterfall is lovely it’s very comfortable it’s easy to operate the looks and design is very nice Home Depot has been excellent with getting it returned I’m not sure if I’m going to order another one at this time because I don’t want to have a problem and then it would be too late to be able to return it if the warranty expires

The size and weight is easy to maneuver. The jets work well and are strong. We like the colorful waterfall. The electric bill hasn't come yet so the cost to run will be seen. It took 30 hours to heat after filling in 30 degree temps outside. For the money we paid and ease of delivery, it's perfect!

Spa arrived as expected, easy set up. Glad we went with the brownstone instead of wood. The only thing I wish the jets were a little stronger. But very nice to relax in. Great first spa and great price as well.

Good hot tub for the price. Size is ok though 5 people would be a stretch unless they are four feet tall or you know each other very very well. There are 29 jets and that is nice however the jets are located in odd locations depending on your height and there is no way to adjust the flow direction. On and off cycle only now low or hi jet flow control. Overall good value for the money.

The wife and i just recently perchased a home and this was our house warming gift to ourselves, i researched alot of diffrent hot tubs and saunas and this one seamed like the best bang for the buck, i also ordered the stairs that are in one of the pictures. We have confortably had 3 adults in it so far and there is still plenty of room i feel that 4 could comfortably sit in it, delivery was great, the delivery driver even helped me get it to the back yard on the deck. Jets and the led light work great. Very happy with our choice would recommend to anyone that wants a good quality product for a reasonable price
