Great for low voltage applications
I have used several of these in an industrial application for low voltage. They are great for what I do. I especially appreciate the wire guards under the terminal screws that keep the screws from contacting your wiring and breaking strands. I also appreciate the fact that all of the metal components are completely protected so that there is no chance of it shorting out to anything.

There is not much to say about the product in question it is pretty straight forward as what it is used for. I would say that it does generally meet what I need it for. The only down side of the review would be the timing of the shipment. It took a little longer than expected to receive.

Worthwhile product. Needed this item to connect multiple runs of telecom cable. While many telecom techs prefer push type terminals have generally found these Euro-style connection terminals/blocks(w. screw-down type connectors) much easier to work with. Radio Shack no longer available for these!

The terminal block worked exactly as advertised. I used them to connect and disconnect light boxes to their power lines. These terminal blocks are much easier to use than connectors when you expect infrequent disconnects. I have been using them for months now.

These work as advertised. I was able to cut the blocks into pairs of connections for low voltage wiring. This cuts down on soldering and wire nuts and will make it easier to modify the installation later. It also made it easy to test the voltage at each junction.

    Work well
The quick connect terminal blocks that came with the power supplies worked well. My one complaint was they didn't have double stick tape or a screw to secure the terminal block to the cabinet. I didn't end up needing these terminal blocks and the package had no bar codes. We will see how the return goes.

best way to make connections between strips of LED tape lighting
The connectors used to string strips of many brands of LED tape lighting are large and require a 1/2" hole to pass through between walls, cabinets etc. These connectors allow drilling a hole just big enough to pass the low-voltage wiring and splice them reliably. the connector is made for 4 connections so just cut them in half to use two wires. If you want to fasten this connector up out of sight, there is a mounting hole, but it is small so you must use a #4 screw (not too common).

      Average quality
I intended to use it for some wiring connection, but I gave it up. This is too weak for such a job. I put the first wire in it and I screw it. It snapped below the screw. It is not my first time doing this kind of job with this kind of product; actually, I have used this kind of product o lot of times before this one. I am not completely satisfied. At least, not about this one.
