The biggest letdown is the connection of hose to the gun. It just can't be airtight. Two problems: 1. I get fully drenched every time I have used it for more than 10 minutes. 2. If I am not spraying which shuts off the motor (as it should), but it switches on and shuts off repeatedly because the water is constantly leaking. Apart from that it is what you'd expect from a washer less powerful.

Plastic exterior is very flimsy and breakable. Right out of the box the handle kept snapping off, hose leaks right at the attachment where a cheap plastic thread is suppose to seal it - thus causing the unit to pulsate and struggle for pressure. At any moment the handles that hold the cords feel like they are going to snap off. The other holders that secure the gun don't hold all the included items (brush, soap dispenser, gun and extension). You can't even secure the gun without disasembling it as the nose is too big to fit. I should have know buying something manufactured by Karcher. I purchased a unit a few years ago and it never worked properly out of the box. Save your $
