I had to return this item for a full refund. It was defective. The bottom of the staple gun kept flying open every time you squeezed the handle. I purchased a Husky staple gun at the same store after my return. I haven’t had a chance to try the new staple gun yet.

I am a hardwood flooring installer, I have been using these staples for just about 25 years they were great. I wouldn’t buy anything else. I have also used their stainless steel staples for motorcycle seat upholstery they are excellent.
