[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome grill. It took me around 3 minutes to put it together. It has a fan, a charcoal box and the top part equipped with a metal plate. For the fan you will need 4 AA batteries that are not included. Once the batteries installed you put some charcoal in the box and a starter I personally used lightning fluid it was pretty fast as you turn on the fan it will allow the charcoal to burn easily and will speed up your waiting time. The fan has multiple speed level I used mine at the highest all the time it is just more convenient. So far I made hot dogs, chicken, pork ribs and I must admit that I am very impressed by the performance of this grill. The only thing I didn't like about it is that metallic plate I had to use lot of grease to keep my chicken from sticking. I usually use less grease but I just couldn't I wish that plate was not there at all. My favorite thing about this grill is its size it can fit anywhere I also love the bag it came with once youare done cleaning the grill you just dry it and pack it in that bag. The bag make it easily transportable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are amazed with the Zephyr Portable Grill. It’s convenient, easy to clean, perfect size, cooks great and you can take it anywhere in the included bag. It has a fan that is operated with batteries that will make your grill be ready to cook in a faster time.It would be great if it would notify you when it is ready to start cooking, it could be something like that the blue light on the power button will change to red when it is ready. We cooked burgers and the meat was very thick but they cooked perfectly, they were juicy and they had the smoky grill taste. The cleaning is a breeze, the ashes stay in the little charcoal container so you can easily throw them away and some parts of the grill are dishwasher safe. If you decide to use the grill at the eating table, be aware of the grease that will splash. Overall we loved this portable grill.

The BBQ Dragon grill is a fun product to have in addition to a larger grill. It is extremely portable and easily usable on any surface. The outside stays cool to the touch. I used it on my outdoor patio set and didn't worry about any burn marks on my furniture. I grilled both chicken breasts and chicken kabobs on two different occasions. I moved the meat around and it slowly heated through. This is not the product to use when you are in a hurry and want to quickly cook something. The good thing is that it didn't scorch my food. It cooked it slowly, but heated everything through. I look forward to cooking small cuts of beef on this while hanging out with my girlfriends. It will be a fun activity. I love how easily it cleans up. I hand washed it both times and the leftover meats/grease washed off easily. I didn't have to scrub for hours to clean it up. It disassembled quickly and easily for easy cleaning.

I really like the design of this grill. Being able to takeout the stainless steal tub for cleaning sure helps keeping the grill like new. Having the fan to regulate the air flow makes lighting and adjusting the heat so easy. I can use this from my back porch tabletop to camping in the mountains safely as the outside of the grill stays cool to the touch. The included carrying case is well made.

BBQ Dragon Beautifully Designed Powered Portable Zephyr Charcoal Grill is a lite weight outdoor cooking solution. I've been using a popular cast iron grill about this size for years, lugging it around so one is better because of the ease in transport. The grill dimensions are similar to the cast iron camp grill. it's about 11-inches by 15-inches. The firebox fits into a larger inner metal container that goes into another outer metal one that keeps the sides of the grill cool. Also, there is a space gap between the firebox and the inner metal container that helps insulate with air, too. It is a well done, a small portable grill for all kinds of outdoor uses. To that end it comes with its own carrying case where the grill easily fits and can be zippered up for carrying with long straps or handles. The inner metal container holds the firebox with a removable grate for placing charcoal and has a top metal cover that comes up to just under the grill top. There is plenty of room for smoke to escape and circulate around. The big difference with the BBQ Dragon is a small fan, built-in, that circulates air over the hot coals that's run by four AA-batteries. On the front of the outer container case is a knob that controls variable grill heat with the fan's air flow. This replaces the grate door found on my old cast iron grill. It is a nice well-designed feature, but don't think it is greatly efficient than the old grate door. The grill heats using the fan, it seems to me, as quick as my old cast iron grill system. The fan adjusts the heat during cooking and assists in starting igniting the charcoal to get it all going more easily. It is just like an ordinary grill in the other aspects. You put in charcoal, ignite it with your preferred starter mechanism, matches, lighter fluid, etc. Then close the firebox cover and put on the cooking grill where the food goes. When the temperature is right, put the food on the grill. It did a good grilling job, but the metal plate on the grill top you may have noticed in pictures, prevents from creating grill marks that many like to see on their food. Otherwise, the grill worked just fine and the clean-up was faster, a big plus. I have a larger gas grill in the garden and times don't want to heat it up for a quick steak or burger. Besides I prefer charcoal flavor that you can't get as well as cooking with gas. I plan to use this grill when I don't want to run the large gas grill and will come be handy in the Winter for a quick BBQ. The big advantage is it's lite weight and fast cleanup that's a big plus, if you are traveling with it, too.

BBQ Dragon portable grill is very good for a quick hamburger. The grill has a solid, not removable, center that keeps what you are cooking from getting a char. The fan (a big plus) makes getting the charcoal quick to light and heat to cooking temperature. The grill comes with a cover with handles making it easy to transport for camping or a picnic. The charcoal has a basket keeping the coals heat centralized and the ashes easy to remove. Perfect for quick BBQ for one or small family. The best part, most of the grill is dishwasher safe.

I was able to easily follow the step by step instructions and was up and running in no time. The built in fan ensures your coals get nice and hot. I also like how the coals are kept in one designated area. This allows you to move the food around if it start cooking too fast. It is a great size for camping, tailgating or just a simple day by the lake. It comes with a convenient bag that not only makes storage a breeze but also makes transportation easy as well. The battery operated fan makes for hot coals with not so many needed; this means less coal waste and more cooking! I also like the light up fan control knob which makes it easy to see in the dark. Overall the grill cooks well and the removable grate makes for easy cleanup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited for this grill, the size and apparent ease of use made it a perfect camping, tailgate, backward kind of grill. The process of getting the charcoal loaded and lit was a bit clunky even with the fan, which does work well. I think there are just too many parts involved, it would be nice if it were a bit more simple. Once it was all lit up it worked really well although it doesn't heat very evenly with all the charcoal located in the middle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a propane user, and now, after using the Zephyr Grill, I am thinking about fully switching over to charcoal. This thing has a great design to it; nice and compact, easy to use, and gets charcoal burning hot. The instructions that come with this are also pleasant to read as it seems like whomever wrote them is have a direct conversation with you. As someone who hasn't done much charcoal cooking before, this thing was an easy transition and getting it up and cooking was a breeze. My only qualm is that there is no lid so you can't keep all that smoke contained. Either way, as a portable grill, this thing is one of the best one's I have ever seen!
