[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i can guarantee you the picture on the box is of a floor immediately after the coating was applied, and perhaps before it has even fully dried. there is no way any garage floor coated with this product would look like that after a vehicle has parked on it even just once, no matter how closely the instructions are followed. the etcher is a joke as far as prepping a real garage floor to accept a coat of any product. don't bother with it. if it isn't a new garage floor, lightly grind off the very top surface to prep it for whatever you put down. this epoxy is product VERY THIN (most will evaporate) and there is BARELY enough to cover a 1-car garage, so as soon as it dries it will be like the thinnest layer of paint you can imagine. no matter how long you let it dry, it is a magnet for hot tire marks. you will have thick black treadmarks the first time you drive around and park on this surface, and odds are your tires will pull up this covering where you park within a week even if you follow all the instructions. it is money down the drain and a waste of time and effort.

The product has fairly easy to follow instructions, and looks wonderful when finished but....., after soon after driving on the product it picks up even when the tires are not hot!!!!. I prepared the surface with a cleaning agent, muriatic acid and then the kit supplied cleaner/etcher, rolled on the epoxy and 3 coats of their recommended wet look sealer. I looked amazing, came out better then I was expecting. My friends thought I had it professionally done. I had a plenty of time to look at the empty garage because I waited the recommended 14 days before driving on the floor. I bought a laser temperature gun to make sure the tires were always cool before driving in for the evening, my neighbors even commented on how I would always come home and wait till night to pull my cars in. Now it has only been a few weeks and the area under my tires are pulling up like crazy. Looks terrible and not sure what to do. I know most people get in a hurry and do not follow the recommended instructions from the manufacture so I was not in a hurry and followed them to a tee, I even made a few phone calls to the Customer Service for clarification but all for not, crummy product that I believe is inferior and should not be on the store shelves. My friend has one of Behrs competitors products in his garage and 6 years later its comparable to mine in less then 3 months.

We had to buy 2 of these because our garage is 400 sq ft and we had to throw away the left overs.

Purchased this product about 2 years ago. Followed the instructions for proper preparation as I wanted to look really nice. Did not park on the floor for several days per instructions. After a couple of weeks the epoxy started pulling up where car tires were parked. later started having spots bubble up in spots. Now the floor looked bad and was faced with how to fix it. I wanted to put a second coat in hopes of fixing it but was afraid of throwing good money after bad but could not come up with another solution. Went to Home Depot to purchase more but was told the product was discontinued. Call stores and found a store 80 miles away that still has some. Put a second coat on it. Same thing. Now after 2 years my floor is ruined as over time more spots peal on real humid days. I am not only out a lot of time and money but will have to spend more to get this product off. My floor looks worse than it did before I did any thing to it. I see this product is back on the market. Do not know if it is different than what I purchased. I am an engineer and do a lot of home projects. Followed the instructions for proper preparation but this defective product has ruined my garage floor. Have always used Behr products because I thought it was quality.

Three of our neighbors have already come by to comment on how beautiful and spacious the new epoxy floor makes the space look. We no longer feel embarrassed leaving the garage door up on the weekends while we do our yard projects. We love that in just one weekend we have a whole new and improved look to this space. It was a very simple process too. The directions are laid out clearly, the only part that took a bit of time was the drying. We have already recommended the kit to friends and family. Everyone notices the improvement!

We painted the garage floor nearly 18 months ago and are still thrilled with the results. Spills wipe up right away and there are no stains or chips. We will be using this to paint our patio once it is finished.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used on carefully prepared garage floor. Applied with roller in 4' strips so I would be able to broadcast chips as I went. Takes care to get good pattern with chips and to keep them away from wet edge to avoid picking them up in roller on next pass. I had previous experience with chips so bought a couple of extra packages. That allowed my to make more dense pattern which will conceal "clumps" that are hard to avoid. Wife loves it.

DONT BUY, IT WON'T WORK THE WAY IT STATES. WASTE OF 300.00 TO HAVE DONE AND THEN 2 WEEKS LATER PEELS..

I purchased two kits to cover my small two-car garage. Before starting i read all the instructions, tips online, and even watched demonstration videos prior to starting. After allowing the floor to completely dry an additional day and a half longer than the project. i used muriatic acid, followed by the Behr cleaner and concret etcher. I then let this dry for additional day longer than required. I applied one coat of he epoxy and let it dry for 5 days. This was followed b s latex-based clear coat protector. The whole thing was allowed to dry for another 3 days before driving the car onto it. As soon as the car was backed out of the garage, it took chunks of the epoxy floor with it. I think i will remove the remaining epoxy and just stain the concrete and seal it. How do I get my money back for Behr's "guarantee not to peel." ??

We hired a contractor to apply a custom color to our garage floor. He prepped the floor with a sander and acid. Black showed through the color. He waited two days and then applied a second coat of the epoxy to our 2 car garage. About 10 days later, there was a rapid temperature change and the floor was slippery and slick. Behr Technical support was helpful and explained that it was due to surfactant leaching. On Christmas Eve day we washed the floor with Dawn/water, rinsed and allowed it to dry. This seemed to work. We kept the car out of the garage for two weeks to be sure the floor was dry. When we drove the car in the garage, tread marks appeared. And with the next rapid temperature swing, the slippery floor returned. We are now searching for another product to apply to our floor.

Will recommended for the garage I lived in a very cold state and our garage during the winter months is the main entrance and we painted 6 years ago and still good as new with this paint and we have 2 cars parked inside, a snow blower sometimes. Is a busy place........

We have our own business, and do many home improvements. We have done 4 floors with this paint. It is easy, and give a wonderful finish. The kit gives you everything you need, even the color flakes if you want them. The paint is definitely durable and takes wear and tear that you have in a garage. We will continue to use this product, and have recommended it many times.
