Had to purchase some longer screws to secure the seat...
Had to purchase some longer screws to secure the seat to our older toilet, but other than that, it appears to be good, though quite pricey compared to most plastic seats.

The product is almost exactly what I hoped I was...
The product is almost exactly what I hoped I was getting; however, Bemis makes so many lids w/VERY minor color differences, I cannot be absolutely certain it is an exact replacement. Quality is not an issue, however--tops! Tried to mark a 5-star rating, but the click wouldn't work.

First of all, it's a stupid color . . . brown? Think about it!! So I was surprised to even find it.
But, beyond that, it arrived within 48 hours directly to our house. And most importantly, it was the most elegant design I've ever seen. Very well designed and simple to install. The only tool I needed was a half inch wrench and it mounted to the stool fixture in less than five minutes. Also, the directions were so complete and explicit that a monkey could have installed it. What a nice surprise!
