Good unit for small kitchen.

Only had this microwave a few weeks and it is now making LOUD thumping and clunking noises. I am afraid it's on it's way out already. Very disappointed

It would be 5 stars if the door button wasn't so hard to push. My previous microwaves didn't have this problem, it should have been designed better. I bought it because it was the ONLY ONE with the right control buttons in the correct places. ALL others have some buttons in the wrong places. The TIME COOK should be top left, and POWER should be next to it. It is a little louder than usual. As a software engineer, I don't know why opening the door doesn't stop the done beeping like it does on SOME microwaves.

I absolutely love this Microwave. The look is great and it works good. The best microwave I have ever purchased.

Very simular to my old GE in looks and operation. Nothing fancy to go wrong. Luv it.

This Microwave is good one.Some how is user friendly.I like it.

Its working fine for now and hope I get use of it for a very long time.

its hard to open door the button is very hard to press

Microwave works as expected, is quiet. Only annoyance is that the door doesn't stay open. Also, the manual has no explanation of the magnetron cover which looks like a cheap piece of cardboard that isn't meant to be there. I had to look up online to find out you're not supposed to remove it.

With the space provided for a microwave in my kitchen, this product performs well and has all the features we need in a microwave. This is my third Black & Decker. The second one split in the bottom of the back. It still;worked but I was afraid to use it. I did not have an extended warranty. This time I bought the warranty. I do not know what caused the split. I had it more than two years. I have had this one for two months.

There were no reviews when I bought this microwave but I took a chance based on the name, Black+Decker. It was too noisy and I could hear it from my basement. I did not think I could live with it for however long it would last so I returned it and purchased a GE which is quieter.
