Crap Crap Crap!!! Wouldn't even run for 30mins on a full charge and it only had 3-12ct Christmas light strings on it. The 2nd unit wouldn't even take a charge! Returned both and got a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK!!!!

Bought 5 of these during the recent 4 day power outage in NJ with the intention of keeping my two 4 watt air pumps for my aquariums going. Theoretically, each power station should keep one pump running for about 100+ hours. The longest I ran on a full charge was 18 hours before depletion and each pack was inconsistent, one would run for 8, the other for 12, etc before dying. The bad, it would take another 12 hours to bring back to "full" capacity which is unacceptable. Returned all to Home Depot .

After looking for a power station for quite sometime, I chose this B&D 500 watt beast. I used it first time over this past weekend, camping and am very pleased. Powered all my devices, phone, tablet and a mini-vac (cause why not clean while camping). The manual is ok, you don't need a 100 page instruction list, the important part is the first charging. Manual says 40 hours for first charge. I did. Worked great. Didn't time it, but used it for 24 hours off and on, I was busy cleaning. Does what it says it will do.

Will not hold a charge. From fully charged as soon as i plug a fan the battery drains. Waste of money.

I used this while camping in a no electric area. This handled everything we needed and plenty of power left after a four night camping trip.

Needs a special chord.

I initially bought this because my daughter's car had a dead battery on a very cold December morning and it was cheaper/quicker to buy this from Home Depot than pay and wait for a guy to come give us a jump. For her car, it worked great! Plugged it in to the garage and left it there for the last seven months. Today I tried to start my car (V6 Ford Explorer) and got the click/click/click sound. Pushed the battery status button and got a green light. Hooked it up - and unlike my daughter's experience on a cold December morning, on a hot July day nothing happened. Still got the click/click/click sound. Now it could be that I have some secondary problem that just makes this device look bad, but after just two failed attempts the green battery status light was now back to red. I'm going to have to have my car looked at to see what exactly is wrong with it. If its the sort of thing that this jump starter couldn't fix, I'll come back and change my review. For now, I'm recommending the product because it did work for my daughter's car. Maybe I just need the model with more amps for mine.

Charged unit and used a few times and then the compressor just stopped pushing air. Comes on but won't air up a tire.. Even tried to air up a bike tire and its not pushing air at all.

I got one good canping season out of this. Now it won’t hold a charge at all. Cant even power a 5V LED light. Go for a better option than this one. It is basically a 25lb weight right now

Charged for 40 hours as recommended as soon as I received it. Once I unplugged it the inverter power light remained on and the station was making a weird noise. Checked the battery life and it said it was low. I never used it 1 time for anything. Quite a disappointment.

The power station is great especially for the price. However, i ordered this online for store pickup and didnt get any email update about my order being ready for pickup until it was almost closing time. So i went back early the next day to pick up my order and the box was in pretty bad condition, almost dropped the power station a few times cus the packaging was ripping apart. When i finally get back and open it up, the power station was clearly nowhere near new. It was completely used and extremely dirty with actual dirt smothered all over it. Great product but terrible everything else...

Great purchase. Works great.

Did exactly what I needed it to do. It took about 2 hours to reach full charge when I brought it home. Once fully charged, I hooked it up to my 15 year old Sebring and the old girl started right up. Another hour to recharge and now it rides with me everywhere I go. Not sure if it has the guts to start an 8 litre turbo diesel, but it cranked over the old 2.7 v6 fine and dandy.

It comes ready to use just not fully charged but that's to be expected works great jumped my old f150 started up first try.

I used the power station while camping and it held a charge very well. We used used it to charge phones, play music, and pump up/deflate water flotation toys. We charged the unit and it did not take long to regain power. Very satisfied with the purchase.
