My wife, grandma, and I thoroughly love our 12' X 12' Arlington Gazebo. We have enjoyed outside dining for the first time. The solid metal roof provides needed shade during those hot Florida sunny days. Grandma enjoys the sound of the rain on the roof and this reminds her of her younger years. The colored string lights add a relaxing touch in the evenings after sunset. We are enjoying our sturdy, beautiful, well built gazebo.

Made this purchase last year, quality product, very sturdy, very detailed instructions, took some time to put together, but in the end it's worth it Don't hesitate, buy it!! We love it,

We purchased the Backyard Discovery Gazebo as the finishing touch to complete our landscaping project. We picked this style due to the open air design in the front and back. It was helpful that there were many size options as we ran into a possible permitting issue. We used the installing company referenced on the packaging and is utilized by Sam's Club. It was a great time saver and they were very professional. While unpacking, there were no issues with the appearance of the pieces. We have spent many afternoons under the gazebo and it was the site for our Thanksgiving dinner.

I bought this gazebo in the spring of 2022. It arrived on multiple pallets with many boxes to dive into. It took a full weekend to assemble, plus another day to get everything built. I had to get assistance from my wife and son to help with most of the framing on the first day. On day two, I added my other son and one of my friends to help get the roof on and attached. The gazebo looks amazing on my back deck, and I added some lights to accessorize things which really made things pop. The gazebo is well constructed, the instructions were very easy to follow with plenty of pictures to help you figure things out. During the assembly you will create a few scuff marks, these can easily fixed with some walnut stain I picked up at my local home depot. Its been almost a full year and the gazebo withstood some heavy wet snow and very high winds here in New England. I'm very happy with our decision to purchase this gazebo, it has been a great addition to our home!

We put our Gazebo above our hot tub here in Northern Colorado and we love it! We installed it just before winter, and it held up really well even though we had a cold and snowy winter. It is well made. Just make sure to have a couple of really strong guys when putting it together, especially when it comes time to put the roof in place. By the way, a couple of the roof items arrived slightly damaged, but these pieces were immediately replaced when reported to the company ... great customer service!

Purchased and installed this for a client and was impressed with the quality and the fit and finish. Installation was easy and everything went together nicely. Great product.

I bought this a while back and we have enjoyed it so much! Out outdoor experience is so much better with this addition. The durability is great and the dimensions with well for us. The electricity is the highlight as we can create our ambiance for the night of needed.

We have had the gazebo for close to a year now and it’s amazing! We live in the northeast and it’s withstood the winter snow. It’s a beautiful design that’s literally added living space to our house. We use it all the time. Assembly was not bad! Highly recommend

We love our new gazebo! It is a wonderful quality and I thought a very reasonable price for what we got! Of course we had to have someone install it for us who did a great job! I would highly recommend this gazebo!

This gazebo is well built and relatively easy to assemble.

The 12 x 12 Arlington was a great deal pricewise and looks real good. I am really happy with my purchase and it was fairly easy to put together.

We purchased our gazebo just over a year ago. The prices were a bit higher than the neighborhood big box stores but we thought we would probably get better customer service and a better product. We were right! Our delivery came the day it stated on our order. I got nervous I got the day wrong because they came at the tail end of our time slot but the customer reps were so patient and understanding. The next day…we started. It took my husband about 2 full days and about two to three extra people to help with certain areas of it such as the roof and the attachment of the sides. But other than that he did it all on his own. Directions were clear and each piece was cut and planned out to match the plans. Since it has been up, anyone who comes over has nothing but amazing things to say about it. They comment on the sturdiness and quality of it. The classy look of it. The overall HUGE upgrade it has been to our house and backyard. We are in absolute love with this gazebo. Thank you Backyard Discovery! We are very happy customers.

Purchased and installed the 12X10 Brookdale gazebo last summer. Very pleased with shipping and quality of product. Live in North Dakota and it’s holding up well with the weather conditions. I have it bolted to a concrete slab and gazebo is very sturdy.

This gazebo is awesome. The instructions were good, the videos were useful, the quality of the materials are great. We could not be happier.

Purchased it to help protect our hottub. Kit wen together well and each piece seemed to make it a litte more solid. Wish some of the pieces were single (instead of double), but understandable beacuse of shipping. Overall a good deal. Only drawback is that the power cord is way to short (it's only a couple feet long), so to use it you have an extention cord running up the side of the gazebo leg.

After months of searching finally purchased Arlington 12x12 Gazebo. Installed it myself with little help from friends. But the final outcome was great. Even after a year it looks beautiful and I still get lot of appreciation.

Purchased this last summer. Built it on the back patio. Between the written instructions and the video, in no time at all, it was up and looking amazing. Neighbor says it looks so nice when he cones outside. He only sees the back of our home. Really upgraded the look of the back of our home. Nice piece.

So glad we bought this gazebo-great quality at a fair price. We love spending time even more with family and friends now!

Purchased this last spring and needed to put in the new concrete pad before assembling the gazebo. It took me two days to assemble but I did it by myself (only needed minor assistance to put on the roof sections). We absolutely love it! I ended up running electric in the posts and put in a ceiling fan. I was a little worried about it handling Buffalo snow (we got a nasty storm that dropped 7+ feet of snow over two days). I did use a snow rake to remove about 2’ but it held up great!

The 6x6 post are hollow, the joint of fascia and rafter are weak points, they could use some metal brackets to reinforce and planning to add some 2x4 to fix this issue. The power bank that is advertise did not come with the kit, I contact them their response is that this model doesn't come with it that the new one does. I don't care about the glorified power cord is the principle.

Both me and my wife love this gazebo it add a great new look to our backyard. Ran into a few issues but Summer a customer service representative was great in helping and Mae was fantastic also they both went above and beyond to make things right. This is a great product but your product is only as good as your service you give to a customer you can't beat thier service.

So we purchased this 12’x12’ Arlington Gazebo from the Home Depot. If I had it to do over again, I would purchase directly from Backyard Discovery (I believe they ship more quickly - The Home Depot took over 3 weeks to ship) Two of the pieces came in damaged, but Backyard Discovery shipped them back out to us in less than four days, no questions asked. My step-son and I put this together in two weekends. We had two others come and help us life the roof panels when it came to that step (four people made the roof panels very easy to lift and place). I am very handy from working in construction almost my entire life, and so this build was very straightforward. If you’re wanting to assemble this on your own, make sure and follow the directions; they are laid out very clearly. This did take longer than I expected to assemble, but it was not a difficult project. I have to say that I was VERY impressed by the build quality. All the pre-drilled holes matched up beautifully, and the hardware is extremely high quality. The number stamps on the wood pieces were sometimes hard to read, but other than that it went together very smoothly. If you’re handy with a level, square, and drill, this project is a snap. I have already had multiple people asking me where I purchased it and wanting to buy their own. If I can remember I will post back after 6 months to a year with an update. Btw, my step-son has assembled multiple Costco Yardistry Gazebos, and he says there is a night and day difference in the quality of this Gazebo and the one from Costco. So far, we are very pleased. I hope this helps someone in their purchase.

This gazebo just made our deck complete. It looks amazing. Bought it to replace a much smaller one. It took a full day and a half for my husband and brother, who are experienced at putting things together, to build this. The results are stunning. My husband wired it for lighting, a fan, and speakers. Would highly recommend this.

I finally decided to purchase. After a few delays with assembly the crew finally came and assembled and they were very friendly. I had to add some southern personal touch to make it my own. Assembly crew will not anchor for you so that is up to you. Thanks to some friends and family my outside oasis is complete and a very reasonable price.

Looks great. I chose option to have it installed. It took about 3 weeks for us to coordinate dates for install. It only took 3 hours for installation. Pretty sure it would have taken much longer if we had tried to install ourselves. After reading the instructions on what needs to happen for installation, I saw that they do not remove trash, but at first I was surprised by this. Overall, I am very happy.
