One of the shades works fine. The other one did not roll up at all. I’m not exaggerating when I say I tried at least 100 times to re-roll and adjust the tension. Neither of the shades came with the end plug so we had to order them. Then only one arrived so needless to say had to order the other

Looks great, surprisingly affordable considering the appearance. Fit is extremely snug, so measure carefully. I had absolutely no room to spare when attaching it to inside of window. Would purchase again, and probably will for other windows.

Nuisance. Spring doesn’t work. Cust. Service says to roll by hand and then spring works. Ok, it does. If you don’t pull shade down enough the first time, can’t adjust it. If you pull a little it rockets back to the top knocking it off window. Then you have to climb on something to reinstall.

The shade is flimsy and not well constructed. Definitely overpriced!

DEFECTIVE. Love the shade, but have to physically hand roll it back up. I purchased two and both of them don’t work. I had purchased a 3rd before installing the first two and will see if that one is defective also. Upon reading the reviews, it seems like a common issue.

The product was fine, be advised this is mainly for protection from the sun and does not provide privacy especially during the evening. Additionally, the individual at the store who assisted in cutting the shade to size, cut mine too short. I would caution any potential buyer to ensure you are only concerned with daylight/daytime privacy and ensure the appropriate store personal assist you. I ordered online for store delivery (1 week) and requested competent help at store level and am/was greatly disappointed. The product is fine for daytime

Blinds are beautiful and sturdy, but completely opaque. Totally see-through, which kinda defeats the purpose of blinds. Now Im trying to find a way to attach another product, like fabric, to achieve blocking people seeing right through the blind.

Product arrived in a timely manner and installation was a breeze. This shade does a great job of blocking heat and greatly glare while letting plenty of light in.

The solar shades are exactly as stated. Perfect fit that was cut to size. This was a good purchase.

I had this shad for 18 months. It stop rolling up after 13 months. I just keep it down until needed. When I do use it I have to remove from the hangers and roll manually.
