PROS: Value, Time Saved, Quality, Customer Service, Versatility. After lots of research, I concluded that this was the absolute BEST value I could find for a structure this size. Having everything being very precisely pre-cut saved me loads of time/stress. Also, this was definitely a much higher quality of lumber than I could have personally pulled off the shelf somewhere myself: VERY nice. Then the company showed great care in their customer service every time I interacted with them. Also important to note: the fact that it didn't come with a floor was a bonus, because I could begin construction myself while waiting for the rest to arrive. Then the fact that it didn't come with doors/windows was even more convenient to me because I wanted the flexibility to choose my own size/style/type, which turned out very different than most would expect from this kit. It may be a standard "kit", but I guarantee that no one else's garage/shed will ever look like I wanted mine to turn out: my own personal craft studio. So overall I would highly recommend this kit! Add in Home Depot's financing options and occasional sales and you can't possibly find a better deal. CONS: But there are always cons to keep in mind.... The main one being the shipping company that this company chose to utilize. They lost one of my pallets; another customer in the next state chose to keep it instead of returning it, which delayed my own build by at least 2 weeks while they sent another from across the country. Then when the 2nd pallet arrived, the shipping company had no means to unload something that size anyways. If it hadn't been for my good country neighbors with tractors to save the day, I would have been unloading that pallet off the truck piece by miserable piece. So expect their shipping company to totally ruin your plans; be prepared for anything! Start asking yourself now: who will loan you their tractor to get that shed unloaded? Then as for the product itself, the directions were easy enough to follow, however, there are some things that were omitted that experienced builders will know, but beginners will NOT, so beware if you've never built anything this big. The directions may be TOO simple. For example, you'll have to find your own solid system for squaring and stabilizing trusses for a building of this magnitude or you will go through a living NIGHTMARE trying to get those pre-cut pieces of plywood to line up properly and square by the time you get to the other end of the roof. One line that says "keep the trusses square/plumb" will NOT be enough to save the beginner. I recommend turning to Youtube tutorials on adding braces. Also, if you happen to receive a warped rafter (which I did), DON'T place it in a critical position for needing to line up perfectly with that pre-cut plywood; place it in between critical spots so that it becomes irrelevant. Seriously, It took 3 tries before our roof came anywhere near being square/plumb. Then you also better know roofing or else (as we did) go through your own crash course on how to get shingles on a roof this tall without killing yourself. This is no quick/easy undertaking. But hey: pros versus cons? This shed is still top-notch and TOTALLY worth it! Just a learning experience, like most good things in life... But I wouldn't take it back for anything!

The assembly instructions were easy to follow and there was no guessing. All cuts were precise and accurate.

Surprised by the quality of the wood. Every piece was cut to spec. Garage went up completely as the plans indicated. Very pleased with end result.

IT WAS KIND OF DECEIVING THAT THE PICTURE SHOWS WINDOWS AND A GARAGE DOOR THAT WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE KIT SAY'S ( SIERRA 12 FT. X 16 FT. WOOD GARAGE KIT WITHOUT FLOOR ) THIS SHOULD ALSO SAY WINDOWS AND GARAGE DOOR NOT INCLUDED.
