My experience with purchasing/assembling was wonderful! The company called me the day after my order was placed to set up shipping logistics. The shed arrived on a pallet in good condition from Reynolds Building Systems and the floor arrived from Home Depot on the same day. It is best to unbox the shed and sort the pieces if you are able to. The instructions were easy to follow but at times did not suggest which nails to use. It requires quite a bit of time to put together but is easily achievable with the provided instructions. It will require at least 2 people to assemble the walls but I did most of the rest by myself. Reynolds Building Systems support was great as well.

Excellent set of instructions, but materials are bare minimum through out, and the final cost total will exceed $300 per square foot. Four 2x4s built into the pallet were destroyed in shipment. Roof required reinforcement. I should have purchased my own materials and done this from scratch. However that would be impossible for folks with limited tools and experience.

It is curb side delivery, not your backyard. It comes in a big partial box that is not protected well at all. I had a hole in the side of box and missing 2x4s . Doors were warped.more cutting then expected. Other than that a very good shed. Guy from the company seems nice. You will modify

We haven't put it together yet. So I can't comment on that. But I am very dissatisfied with the floor kit. You sent out plywood that is not pressure treated or of adequate thickness for the floor. So now I have to return 4 sheets of plywood and buy 3/4 inch pressure treated plywood.

This is a great product! Quality. Everything shipped excellent. One thing they should offer is screws for framing, pounding in nails is time consuming and doesn't help with square of frame. I switched out to srews after two walls.

Materials showed up well organized. Make sure you sort everything first to ID easily during the building process. Make sure you realize that there is a lot of cutting to be done here. Most framing, siding, flooring and roofing all need to be cut to length from the materials provided. You'll need saw horses and at least a circular saw if not a table saw. This is not as clearly indicated at the time of purchase as it should be. I am not an experienced woodworker, so this project was 2 full weekends with anywhere from 2-4 people at any given time. Certain steps, like raising the walls and mounting them together and to the floor is at least a 3 man job. This is mentioned, but just as a reminder, shingles and roofing material are NOT included and need to be purchased separately, about another $250.00 at Home Depot. That all being said, it is a beautiful shed, solidly built and I have no fears it will last a long time. Oh yea, don't forget you'll need to provide your own ramp as well!

We really like the look of our new shed. The cut lumber was excellent quality and the deluxe floor is very nice. Doors were very easy to assemble and hang.
