Bought the Big Red 1.5 ton compact aluminum floor jack for the purpose of lifting my 2007 Club Car golf cart so that I could install heavy duty rear leaf springs. Started off by lifting the cart mid-frame in order to put in place a jack stand. Then moved Big Red to the rear of the cart and raised it up to support the the rear axle while I disconnected the u-bolts. After installing the heavy duty leaf springs I found that the original u-bolts were not large enough. Took 4 days to receive new u-bolts, and Big Red stayed in place the entire time with no deviation from its original position. For being an 80 year old, this floor jack is light weight (about 28 pounds), easy to maneuver, and easy to operate. I have had it about a month, and it certainly has met my expectations. It now rests in its box in the trunk of my car in the event I have to deal with a flat tire.

Took WAY TOO LONG to arrive at location. Great product but if it was an emergency situation you will wait weeks for your product.

Beware that this product is not completely aluminum, it is part aluminum so while it is some what light it is not as light as it can be. The good is that it is small so it can be move with easy. However, if you try to use it with a minivan like Odyssey (which I have), it will feel a little under power but it can still lift my minivan. So, while it can lift my Odyssey I ended up getting a 2ton arcane because it feels more secure and lift my Odyssey with ease.

Good value.i would buy it again the jack is very light.

I got this jack to lift a vehicle with a low profile and for that it fills the bill perfectly. It would be nice if it has a bit more lifting capacity but that's just wishful thinking. It is sturdy and well built and I would recommend it for applications like mine.

I've used this jack now for two years and no problems yet. I've had other steel jacks that have failed within the first 6 months use. This one still works like the day I bought it. Low profile makes it very convenient to use under my sports car, yet it has enough lift and power to use under my truck. Good long term purchase.

This a great jack, especially if you need it to be portable. The light weight and carrying handle make it the easiest floor jack to move around that I've ever used. It lifts smoothly, though not quite as quickly as the dual-pump jacks. Great for standard car/light truck use, and better construction than similar looking anodized aluminum "racing" jacks I've seen at discount tool outlets. Glad I bought it.

I have used this jack for the past three years and absolutely love it!!! It is strong, light and durable. We have equipment in the field and loading this jack is a pleasure. This is by far the best tool purchase I have ever made. We now own three of them. It is perfect for golf course maintenance facilities.
