This Bosch dishwasher does an excellent job washing, and the AutoAir feature works very well. It's very quiet compared to our previous MayTag dishwasher. The Bosch loading options for dishes are a little bit smaller, we have trouble fitting our 21" x 15" cutting board into the Bosh compared to our previous MayTag dishwasher. Otherwise it does a nice job washing and drying your dishes.

Seeing as though i had years of experiences with noisy dishwashers i decided to go with this unit based on other reviews as well as the Bosch name. yes i paid a little more but i can absolutely tell you it was worth it. You don't know when this is running and i no longer rinse ANYTHING. So happy with this purchase!

It's quiet, cleans fantastically, and I love the pop-open air dry feature to prevent the puddles and pools the heat drying cycle doesn't quite get dry. Highly recommend this washer. It's solid and well built too.

I love the top utensil rack. My only issue is the stainless steel shell is a fingerprint magnet. Everything comes out looking great and it is sooo quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the title states it has been an excellent dishwasher, even when we had a roommate that refused to rinse their dishes. I love that it tells me when I need rinse aid and I love how quiet it is. I sometimes wish I could see the time display to know how much time is left, but I am also the one the got the display on top so that's on me. It would be cool if the red light to show that it was on was a time clock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how quiet it is. Bit difficult to load and fingerprints mar the front very badly. Some won't come off. And, it was your repairman that made them. But a handle that doesn't protrude was just the thing we needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this Bosch dishwasher 2 months now. We are happy with it. It is very quiet and efficient in cleaning dishes. Top rack is a new feature for us and it's a big plus. The racks are very adjustable. We mostly run loads in Auto mode and that usually takes 2 hours or so. At the end, the door pops open to release the humidity and allows for further drying.

This one is about 1/2 too long for my cabinet so that is a bummer even though I measured. So it's not completely flush. But still rather have a Bosch than another brand.

The 500 cleans my dishes thoroughly. The 500 runs super quiet. Kudos Bosch for manufacturing quality products.

I would say that 95% of my dishes don't require any hand drying at all, which is a huge improvement from my previous whirlpool where 100% of the dishes had to still be hand dried. There is barely any sound. The only con is the cycle time, but I'm willing to accept it for clean, dry dishes.

I was being nickel-dimed to death and still had a repair hungry machine that was less than 5 years old. Anyway, then this Bosch came into my life and I am in love. Quietest dishwasher I have ever known. I love the extra top rack for little stuff. We also bought the one that pops open to let off steam and it's great. Additionally, if you install your own (like we do) it was by far the most user friendly dishwasher install we have experienced. I kept waiting for something to be a pain (jaded much?) and it never happened. Worth every panny.

This was purchased to replace a dishwasher that failed us after 3 years. The installation was easy, and we have run a few cycles and it is working fine so far. The features are all standard, but for the price point it is on the upper range. We hope this lasts longer than our previous brand, which we paid slightly less for, and think was a better dishwasher despite failing. The previous brand only lasted 3 years after it started leaking profusely from the front door gasket and repairs did not work. In comparison, the Bosch baskets and control functions seem of less quality compared to the other dishwasher we had, which we were content with until the problems started. It is also slightly louder than the previous model, rated at 44dba, our other model was 39db and that one was hardly noticeable. The red indicator light is helpful to know the dishwasher is running, but I wish it was easier to see how much time was left without having to open the door. Despite the few negatives in comparison to the other dishwasher, we are hoping it can be reliable and last us longer than our previous model. The stainless steel is a nice touch, but I also think it will be harder to maintain than a fingerprint resistant finsih like some other brands offer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's nothing bad I can say about this marvel - only good things. It operates exactly as advertised. I love its versatility with the adjustable height middle rack which gives us enough headroom for our Riedel long-stem wine glasses which come out spotless! The Auto Air feature (door opens after cycle finishes) is genius! And it's a stunner, elevating the look of our kitchen. As you can tell we are very happy with our baby and can't wait to run it each time knowing what a great help it is. You can't go wrong choosing this machine.

Great dishwasher, quiet, cleans well, has multiple rack configuration to fit about anything. Like that it came with everything needed to install it in a kitchen with solid surface countertop. And HD had it on sale too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dish washer for two months and have had no issues. It's very quiet. Dishes come out clean every time. You do have to rinse some, but it's not extreme. Dishes come out dry 99% of the time unless they are plastic, then the rate is 80%. Due to the type of drying system, glass and medal objects dry more easily with this system. The top rack does a great job washing silverware. Installation took about 2 hours since I'm a newbie to put in the appliance. The connection set up was intuitive.

I've been through many dishwashers, all had their issues, but so far this is the best one I've had! I'm glad I went with the 500 series. Large capacity, very quiet and dishes are spotless! Absolutely love the "Auto Air" feature, even plastics are dry. Before bed, I set it to run very early morning, we don't hear a thing and our bedroom is right above the kitchen. Use the suggested soap and rinse aid and read all instructions. I think many negative reviews are based on user error. The brushed stainless finish looks great with my new cabinets & hardware. Highly recommend!
