This is by far the best change I've made in a long time! No more carrying heavy water bottles up the stairs & then having to recycle all. I truly can taste the difference and it makes me want to drink more water. I also give this filtered water to my pets as anything I can do to help them stay healthy is a plus. I spied on them as I placed two full bowls of water, one with tap, and one with Brita water, time & time again they would only drink out of the bowl with the filtered water...don't let ANYONE tell you they don't know the difference! Maybe Brita can get into the pet supply industry by creating drinking fountains for pets with Brita filters in them?!

I really like this filtered water dispenser it filters quickly the water taste so much better then tap, so I bought 2 because everyone in the house loves it!

This dispenser is so convenient and has a sleek look. I have had it for almost 4 years and it still looks like new. The filter quality is great, just like other Brita filters, but this one has a dispenser and can be used while it is sitting on the counter. The water taste is good even with our super hard water. I highly recommend this dispenser. We bring it with us every time we travel on roadtrip.

I had a pitcher which was fine but I wanted something bigger and got the dispenser. The first one was leaking all over my fridge so I got a replacement and the replacement is now leaking everywhere too. It’s a poor quality dispenser and not worth your money or having to clean water out of your fridge which then goes on to the floor every day. Whoever at Brita makes product get it together and actually do your job correctly. This is truly bs.

I loved this pitcher, but after 8 months it started to leak directly out of the spout. The pitcher is completely useless now and I wouldn’t recommend buying this unless you want to buy a new one every year.

I have had the old style brita reservoir for 12 years. I dropped it and it cracked so I bought a new one. I have had it for about 3 months and the spigot leaks. I do love my brita filtered water but very disappointed it leaks already. Anything we can do to fix that?

Only had is Since january 14 2024 and the Spout leaks no matter what I try or do. Seem to be a trend with this Design.

6 weeks ago and already broken. spout continuously drips and soaked my fridge and everything in it.

I bought this product 3 months ago and I’ve really loved it up until recently. It worked great until the spout started to leak in my fridge, causing water to go everywhere. This has happened multiple times. I removed the spout to check the washer and everything seemed to be intact. I reattached the spout and tightened it in hopes that it would fix the issue, but no dice. I wish Brita sold replacement spouts and washers. I’m bummed and don’t trust that just buying the same one over again is a good move.

I got tired of buying bottled water but I also don’t like drinking straight from the faucet so my husband had the idea to purchase this and it has been great. My water tastes just like bottled water.

This was our favorite Brita water filter. We upgraded to something else but still keep this one full of clean filtered water for the dogs. We change the filter every month.

I bought a few months ago. It does the job. However it would be great if it came in stainless steel container to hold the filtered water. Plastic is not ideal to store water for long periods.

Awful product, I’ve had it for 3 months and it continuously leaks, I have tightened it several times and I still open my refrigerator to a pile of water.

I live in an apartment without a water filter in the fridge so this brita is great because it filters out the water perfectly. Makes water taste clean and fresh

Within a month of purchasing this product, the dispenser started leaking continuously, leaving puddles in my fridge. Customer service was helpful and sent me a new product as a replacement but I have had the same exact issue again and from reading other reviews, this seems to be a common issue. Not worth the money.

I have used this dispenser for over a year and I really like it. Its size makes it convenient to use without having to take it out every time. Because it’s larger than a normal pitcher, I don’t have to fill it as often.either.

Works well, but over priced.

I use this in college and it’s perfect for having roommates. We’re never out of water. It makes our well water taste so much better. It fits perfectly in our fridge and doesn’t take up too much space.

It makes water taste fresher and keeps it cool in the fridge. I love cold water so this is perfect. It wasn’t too pricey either and the sleek design is aesthetically pleasing.

The spigot leaks and we've had it under 6 months now. I thought this would be easier than a pitcher, guess we should have gone with the pitcher.

I’ve had this for about 4 months and it just started leaking huge amounts of water in my fridge. Better off with the pitcher if you don’t want to clean up water every night.

I had a water pitcher with a filter on it that sat too high for my fridge shelves. I bought this because the height was 8.75 but it actually ends up being 10" in height 13" in width, and 4.75" in depth, or more so the face the nozzles at. I have no idea who the heck measured this or where they got these dimensions from, but they do not match whatsoever which leaves me in the same problem I had in the first place. I'm going To recommend it because it still does the job but don't trust dimensions.

Love this so much and it fits a ton of water! The filter is perfect and the size of this container is perfect for my refrigerator! Love it and would highly recommend.
