The bird bath itself is beautiful and simply designed. However, I have lots of doves in my yard and it needs extra support to stay in the ground (because I placed it in a flower bed that had recently been tilled). The birds took a bit of time to get used to it because it sways under their weight. I do like it though and the birds are used to it swaying now.

I wanted to use this in the middle of a flowerbed. The very first day I had it out, the birds didn't want to use it because just their weight would make it shake and caused them to be leary of their environment. I had to take four bricks and lay them around the base to help stabilize it, and even then it swayed sometimes, depending on how many birds were on it at once. After the flowers grew up around the feeder, the bricks where not as much a problem, being hidden under the foliage, but for the price, I shouldn't have to "make shift" it's stability. The ceramic portion is a clean look and doesn't add visual weight to the garden, which allows the flowers to take center stage, but I imagine I would almost change it out for something bulky in appearance in order to have it stable and inviting to the birds.

The basin is beautiful and we are happy with the product. Assembly was hampered slightly by a small welding metal excess. Was able to use a small dremel to shave it down enough to slide parts together.

Nice color that blends in well with other greenery in the garden. The post was to be in a separate box from the bowl attached to the bowl box but it wasn't. I just called Byer and they were extremely courteous and shipped out another that same day. I've had it out for a few weeks and have seen the birds use it. Nice addition to what I have in my backyard.

Great product

The dish is gorgeous but the stem is really flimsy. It’s really malleable and now tilts. If a bird lands on it it would fall over. Buy a bird bath that has a more sturdy base. The stick is not it.

The bird bath is very nice and easy to maintain. My only complaint is that I ordered the green one and the color appeared sage like in the picture. It’s not. It’s a very very pale green. Almost more mint like.

It was quick and easy to clean.

The porcelain bowl is a nice color and good quality. The stand is flimsy. The metal on the upper legs bent and cracked when I stuck it in the ground.
