Installed in brand-new home, professional install, floor started breaking after a month. Cali sent own inspector out and he claims "uneven subfloor of 1/8-3/16", but he didn't know this is within warranty tolerance in "fine print" & this is all they could find. All installation guidelines followed meticulously, Cali refuses refund or replace and they don't even know tolerances in warranty. Ledges also appear in perfectly flat areas too. Licensed General 20+ Years, never seen such poor quality.

Horrible quality and horrible customer service . They will do anything not to honor their warranty. Please go anywhere else

We picked out tongue and groove flooring, sample was plywood. After installation discovered that it was engineered click and cardboard. Sample pieces did not represent what we received. Had a barcode for each style but the incompetent help did not clarify what we wanted and ordered the cheaper version. The floor scratches very easily .They did not stand behind their product at all. 7000 dollars later and about 7 months it is crap and needs replaced! Go to a professional!

Very poor quality control. The seams were inconsistent and many would not lock in. The finished product looks cheap and sloppy. Seams don’t line up. Corners pop up. Very disappointed. We have installed several click lock floors before but never had these problems. Definitely do not recommend this brand.

Excellent quality, looks great, and seems to be standing up to our big chocolate lab really well. Wish I would have gotten more of this material when it was on sale to install in our cabin. Would definitely recommend.

I have installed laminate, engineered hardwood of varying qualities. This has been one of the easiest to install, mainly because of it’s quality, it’s thickness and rigidity really makes it easier to install. It looks fantastic and has held up well to my goldendoodle and 2 toddlers, looks the same as it did after I installed it!

Floors are beautiful. We had these installed throughout our entire home. Very happy with product and end result.

I installed Cali bamboo saddlewood in our kitchen and living area. Every plank in every box we received was perfect. It was easy to cut and click together. We’ve had it for a year and there have been no issues. We still like it just as much as when we first put it in. It’s easy to keep clean and looks great even when it’s dirty.

Cannot recommend Cali vinyl flooring enough. Its heavy duty, relatively easy to install DIY, and looks fantastic

I installed many floors before but these planks have poorly designed connections where they will not overlap and click in but instead bubble up and break when tapping in. Would not recommend or buy agaij

Really easy to install & cut and it looks great installed. Washes up great and the connector for the doorway really finished the job off an is holding the rug in place. Installed on cement back porch, basement closet, master bedroom closet and laundry room.

The floors are beautiful. Very good quality. They give you a smooth floor. Our dogs run on them and you cannot see any scratch marks. Highly recommend them.

My Cali Vinyl flooring is beautiful and practical. I have a swimming pool and the carpeting I had wasn't working for our pool lifestyle. It's waterproof and unscratchable. It's easy to clean.

The overall product was good, however when opening the boxes approximately 10% of them had damage to them.

Home depot CS was great..Cali CS nonexistent. Opened a box that had several chipped edges, and the licking tabs cracked..1/2a box to be exact..pretty expensive to have ruined. Cali never called me back. They have changed their locking ends..Iran a small file to remove less than a1/64th of the vinyl so that the end tab would snap in...b4i did that, 6 out of 10 boards didn't want to lock in. After I did it the next 20 rows, no issues, but I had to do it on each Plank. I don't recommend at all

Beautiful color, but lacking in quality. Material is thin and fragile. I don't foresee the flooring holding up well over time.

It is just basic flooring and does not have the backing it should have.

The quality of the boards are ok, but the installation is poor. The boards did not match properly and left many uneven joints. One board is already cracked after only a few weeks after installation. I have Cali vinyl in another room, but a different style and they are great. This did not meet my expectations.

Installed this so called indestructible flooring in our kitchen. Water got underneath the flooring and completely destroyed it. The interlocking disintegrated and the flooring buckled.

This flooring was very hard to install even by an experienced flooring installer. The edges kept cracking and breaking. Now that the floor is finished it makes snapping and crackling sounds when you walk on it.

Today is Aug 16, 2023 just so you know how old my review is. We bought this exact stuff 3yrs ago and it was absolutely fantastic locked together great relatively no imperfections in the boards it was very much worth the money 3yrs ago. Fast forward to today this flooring is an absolute nightmare! Bowed boards, not locking like they are supposed to, planks not being the same thickness just an absolute nightmare to install. Don't waste your money buy something else!!

The flooring REQUIRES a vapor barrier underlayment if laid over cement or tile to keep the warranty intact - but if put on 6mil plastic underlayment, it “slaps” when walking across it and sounds extremely cheap. With the Cali 1.5mm underlayment, it’s beautifully quiet, and one of the most stunning floors. And EVERYTHING in your life will need felt pads on the bottom - don’t ruin it with scratches!

This was one of the easiest flooring products that I as a DYI have used for flooring purposes. The product was uniform, easy to install, and looks like real wood.
