I had ordered the cover on January 2nd 2020, they said it would arrive between the 9th and 14th, after being told by several various people it would arrive the next day it didn't show up until the 22nd which cost me a lot amount of money due to the cold weather and the cost to heat a uncovered tub

I can use it, but too tight
If it made little bigger, will be much better ! Unfortunately it doesn't properly fit on the 86 inch.

Appeared great until final inspection at home. Have pictures showing damage to inserts.

Provided you are still within the limitations of Home Depot's return policy, you should be able to return the item. Please note broken foam inserts are not covered under warranty.

Excellent Cover.
The quality is as good as my other covers purchased from the local Spa place at 50% of the cost.
