This vacuum truly does seem to be commercial quality and works very well.

I bought this vacuum few months back and it is GREAT . I would compare it to a Recarra, its suction is unbelievable and its quieter than most. I am super pleased with it! Don't look any farther buy it.

The end of the hose isn't well made. The rubber protection surrounding the metal edge came off within 6 months after buying. Its extremely loud. If you put on the attachment to vacuum hard floors, not much suction.

Bought late 2014 motor already burned out now useless. DO NOT BUY!!! At this price should last longer then a few years. Manufacture warranty is only 1 year they even know there vacuum is only good for a year..

We had this vacuum for less than 3 weeks before the motor burned out. We used it every day, but never vacuumed up anything out of the ordinary. The reason we got it is because it says it's a heavy duty commercial vacuum. It's not.

Very happy with the purchase. This vacuum was recommended by Shaw carpets. We have newly installed Caress by Shaw carpets and this vacuum is working very well.

I LOVE this vacuum cleaner! I work in possibly the dustiest office in the entire world (concrete cutting business) and this is the only vacuum I have ever used that seems to actually work instead of just blowing the dust all over. And it is self propelled! So glad I decided on this one!

The expensive vacuums have NOTHING on this Carpet Pro CPU-2T! It is self propelled, extremely powerful & very user friendly. From the attachments to the extra long cord, they thought of everything. Finally...a product that does MORE than it claims, without costing a small fortune!

This vac does the job very well. It is not too heavy, but has a nice feel and is difficult to knock over. The onboard tools are in easy reach and stay in place better than most. This is my second vac like this (the first had no tools), but the first burned out after heavy use. We'll be sure th give this one a break once in a while to cool down!

When my 20 year old Kirby died I started searching for a new vacuum. I did an extensive internet search and couldn't find anyone, who had anything bad to say about this product. The first thing i liked was the length of the cord .. no more replugging during use ! It's great on pet hair, reasonably quiet and $ 100s below the cost of product with similar performance !
