This is not a "Universal" remote and does not work with my Casablanca fan.
The box that it came in was thrown out, so now i have a $50 remote that i will now be just
throwing in the garbage.

I'm sure it works fine, however the remote was not...
I'm sure it works fine, however the remote was not compatible with either of my two fans I tried to use it with. I had to return it.

Smooth and convenient operation
My electrician paired this to my Casablanca Isotope fan so that we could control fan and light separately without installing the wall mounted control panel that came with the fan. It would've been nice if the fan came with the remote to begin with rather than having to pay the additional cost, but all-in-all it works well, paired easily and stores neatly on the included wall holder.
