Purchased this gorgeous fridge to be part of our "home bar". It is meant to hold mostly beer and wine and canned beverages. After loading one case of beer bottles, the shelf was sagging in the middle and didn't look sturdy enough to last with the bottle weight. After removing the upper drawer, the bottles were loaded onto the glass above the bottom drawer and is holding fine. By doubling up the the other shelves, it appears strong enough to hold more weight without sagging. Other than shelves being too thin, another design feature/flaw is there are very few options for shelf height configurations. A few more shelving rails would improve the ability to customize interior storage options. I would change my rating to be much higher if stronger or additional shelving was available.

I purchased this refrigerator from Appliance Connections and can not get it repaired. Iio customer service is a nightmare!

Absolutely beautiful fridge - sleek, chic, high functioning and very well made. The chrome handles are real chrome. Helped create more space in my galley kitchen. Highly highly recommend

I just picked up and installed this frig for a customer. It has an outer box, inner box and plastic film almost everywhere. The 2 box solution makes it very hard to move; discard the second box when you get it off the pallet. Iio also did a brilliant/awful thing with the plastic film which is everywhere but the handle and back. The film was installed before the frig was assembled which brilliantly helps protect the finish from scratches at the factory, but makes it impossibile to get all the film from the cracks because it goes under the ajoining panel (awful for the customer). The handle is chrome but has a painted piece in the center which was scratched by the box because it had no plastic film. The handle is also cold to the touch; did they run the refrigeration fluid through it or near it? Nice in the summer; no so much in winter. It also vibrates loudly on start up (which is mentioned in the manual), so don't panic; it quiets down nicely after 30 minutes. It of course has no ice maker and the only place to put an ice tray is inside one of the deep drawers; not a good solution if you use ice. It does look good and cools rapidly.

This is a proper fridge unlike many of the lower cost retro fridges (and one of the more expensive ones) on the market. The interior of the fridge section is well designed with a wonderfully large veggies drawer (“crisp zone”) and the “zero zone” drawer which is perfect for meat and cheese. Because of these features the interior of the fridge surprisingly seems much larger than it is. Noise seems 42dB as advertised. With adapt technology fridge tends to come on as we start prepping meals when the kitchen is noisy anyhow with talk and radio; otherwise it is silent. Great looking free standing exterior for someone who dislikes textured-vinyl-sided stainless-fronted fridges. This replaces our poor quality S- - G. Aesthetically the iio manages to look both retro and modern at the same time. My only complaint is that the handles are hollow on the backside which cheapens the feel from this otherwise nice fridge. 4-1/2 stars. If iio sold a 15 cf or 18 cf fridge, they would own the market...I am hopeful.

This fridge is fantastic. We thought we might be restricted in terms of storage space. What we found is that it actually stores our food and helps us organize our fridge. The veggie drawer is amazing. We love the bottle rack.

It's small size is perfect for the basement space (24") , the retro look with the updated energy features. If you're looking for style and don't need a whole lot of storage space, this is it. The quick freeze drawer is great too, but note the freezer has three drawers which limits the size of what can be put in it. I bought the champagne color and I love it.
